Chicken Sandwiches for the Evening

I was feeling a little over-excited to cook today after a very very long time so I made myself some Chicken Sandwiches. It looks fairly simple but trusts me a lot of work went into it. For starters, we had some leftover chicken from lunch so I shredded them to bite-size pieces and they sauteed them lightly with some onions, carrots, capsicums, etc. Basically, whatever veggie I had in my pantry I used it plus some mayonnaise as well. Once the mixture was all done I went for the bread.
I sliced them in half and used a small grill shaped circle to get those burnt marks on the bread while I heated them. And this is the result of it.

As you can see these turned out to be freaking amazing. I do agree that if I had an Oven I could have made a couple more things easier for me but I gotta work with what I have so this is the end result. Oh, wait there's something more. I also made myself some Fries as well as I felt why not have another crunchy element on the side which would go nicely with the Sandwiches. So here it is

Ok, truth be told I did not make the Fries as I am terrible at .asking them so I asked my Mom to make them and even she doesn't know-how so the next logical choice was to order in some Fries and that's exactly what we did to complete our Evening snack. Of course, we also had some Coffee on the side which is like a no brainer in this case.
