Personal Finance is something that was never in my mind when I was making decent cash from crypto for the past 6 years. It was only about two years back when I got my job and there were some things that happened one after the other and I was hooked into the World of Finance and how Money works. But I have to say that there has been a lot of learning for me and only after that I can somewhat say that I am a Little Financially Savvy. So let's point out some lessons that I learned that have helped me get to this point in Life.

The first and foremost thing that I learned was that whenever you are making a Budget for your monthly expenses try going from Fixed Expenses which are your Rent, Food, Bills, and all the necessities in life then rather than going for your Discretionary Expenses like Dining Out, Movies and others go for your Investments first as if you go for your Needs before your Investments chances are you will be saving less and less as Investments are not a higher priority for you than your NEEDS.


The Second Lesson that I learned was that there is something called Lifestyle Inflation which basically means that if you start to spend your money on a lot of Needs chances are each month that NEED will require more money than the last month and this is called Lifestyle Inflation that really creeps up on you without even giving you the slightest hint. I am personally a victim of this Inflation and since then I have recovered a lot.


Next is to Diversify your Income Sources which means what it sounds like you need to get different side hustles going on in your life to get some extra Income. It doesn't matter if you earn only a couple of dollars a day but Side Hustles are kinda important and I learned this quite early in life. Thanks to that I have now multiple sources of Income and even now I am looking to diversify that as well.


Next one you might have heard a lot of times which is to Invest in Yourself which means you should constantly be on the learning path as there is no full stop in Learning new things and that will in return help you grow more money over time as Knowledge is Indeed Power my Friend.


The next is also a given point that you should not go and start buying everything that you feel like you need in your life. You need to clearly differentiate between an Asset and a Liability and only try to gather Assets rather than Liabilities.
I can go on and on about this topic but I feel like I have covered most of the things here so check if you fill out these Terms or not and if you are lacking in any department then try to think about it a little as Personal Finance is different for each and every one.
