<center>  [Source](https://akm-img-a-in.tosshub.com/businesstoday/images/story/202209/sale-sixteen_nine.jpg?size=948:533) </center> Amazon and Flipkart are the two most Biggest eCommerce Platforms in India and almost the majority of the public in India buys whatever they need via these eCommerce Platforms as they offer some crazy discounts from time to time. But even though they provide many benefits in terms of deals and ease of product access, there are indeed some things that are not good for Amazon and Flipkart. #### 1. FAKE GOODS Yes believe it or not Amazon and Flipkart has a huge problem regarding fake goods as onboarding for Sellers is pretty easy and anyone can do it with few clicks. So there are a lot of nefarious people selling cheap goods which are not geniune and a lot of people get duped by them. Recently I heard a news where Sellers were selling Famous Books with only their Covers and the inside content was something entirely different. So yeah Fake Goods are a real issue on the eCommerce Websites. #### 2. WRONG PRODUCTS This is something that majorly happens with high cost items especially smartphones where you order something and you receive completely different item which is usually way lower than what you had ordered. Usually this is done deliberately by the Seller to Scam people out of their hard earned money but there are some instances where it is a genuine mistake. Personally I also barely escaped such a scam where I ordered a fridge and it was brought in damaged and the delivery guys deliberately delayed the delivery so that I couldn't claim a refund or cease the Return option which is valid for 7 days. So yeah there are a lot of such things happening under the banner of Amazon and Flipkart which as I said before are the two eCommerce giants here in India so yeah I definitely expect better.
