Weirdest Dining Table Ever

I just came from an insane Ropeway Experience and it was already time for Lunch so our Driver suggested a nearby Hotel where apparently the Food is very good. Since the Driver is local he knows best so we went to the Hotel which was named Hotel Mahakal. The minute we arrived at our table we saw the above scene, the table had some Money in it which was pretty weird for me as I have never seen any Restaurant do something like this. The Money was covered with a Glass Slab but still it was very weird and we had quite the laugh with that for some Time.
