Hello guys, I am Arveno and want to share my Journey as a Mayor in Dcity game. In this content i want to share that finally i can be **SIMilionaire**. I succeded saving my SIM token until reached 1M token. This is big milestone that i achieve this year. My plan actually is in end of Februari 2025 i need to reach 1M token. But, it turns out that i got some excess income that can swap to SIM token and finally can reach to 1M.

So, after reaching 1M SIM token will make me stopping playing this game??
Of course not!! i still have another target that i need to reach. Maybe the last is to be at least top 5. But, i remember my wise friend said **"One step at the moment"**. So, my next target after i reaching 1M token. I still need to build my City to become larger and giving daily SIM up to 500 SIM token daily. Right now i still got 255 SIM token daily. And it is still halfway to go till reach my at least target. But, yeah i still enjoying the process.

I have excess SIM token up to 41k that i can spend for upgrading my city today. So, i am planning to adding some card that can give tax refund to my city. And i am planned adding between Eco Activist or Economist on my city. And maybe i can adding some Church card to my city too. At least i got some SIM that can make my income will rising a little bit. Yeah growing a little bit is really good than stuck.

Today, Eco Activist card is really expensive, more than 3,5k SIM token/card. That will be 35k SIM only for 10 cards. So, i am choosing Economist instead. This card still below 3k SIM mostly and just 2 card that above 3k. And at least below 3,5k SIM/card. And buying 10 cards of Economist cost 28,8k.
Then it makes my unemployed people will be 16 person in total. I think i need to buy church. It can help my unemployed to be employee soon. 
But, afer i try to buy Church in market it stuck and not minted the card, so i am going to NFT mart and try to buy there.

I buy 3 Church cards that cost me 8,25k SIM. I think with this buy, my SIM token still above 1M. and after the transaction done, my Token still excess

Yeah my budget still excess around 3,5k. So, i decided to adding 1 more Church card.

I though that my city is not balanced after i bought 4 church card, but it turns out that my city is perfectly balanced right now. So, it is great news for me. And my SIM token still have around 1k excess. But, i am not using it right now just wait till reaching 5k or after i got payment. I will adding SIM token a little bit to shopping like this again.

Okay after this shopping, my city income right now is become 265 SIM/day which is rising 10 SIM/day. Yeah still halfway to get 500 SIM/day. But soon i will go there. One little step at the moment. And right now my ranking is 155. Yeah 5 more to go till i got into top 150.

Okay my next target will be top 150 right, so i need to know how much i need raising my income. And it turns out that i need get more than 300 SIM/day. Yeah this is kinda good for me. First, i can get 300 SIM/day which is really good. But, yeah it still kinda long journey since 40k SIM spending can only adding 10 SIM daily. So i need to spend more than 160k SIM to get 300 SIM/day. So, maybe i can reach to top 150 in the next month. But, lets see how it is going in the next week. Who know i got sudden fortune and can buy more SIM token next week. But, yeah eventually i will reach top 150, i just need to follow and stick to my finance plan. 
So, this is my update for my city right now. I am really happy that i can reach 1M SIM token in early February. But, maybe the update of SIM power is average for 30 days. So, i need to wait till next month to get my SIMillionaire title. And yeah see you in the next update of my city.
