Transparency Wins: Witness Insight v0.3.1

Witness Insight 0.3.1 with more useful metrics is released. Could not implement the "Witness Update" and "Project / Activity" section yet, that will come with the next version. Please enjoy!

### Changes
- Show the "voting to inactive witness" warning only for the witnesses inactive more than 5 days
- Add a link on the witness ID that leads to steemdb.com page
- Add an inactive period warning next to the witness ID
- Add the node version into the main table
- Add a version warning next to the node version
- Add a feed bias warning next to the price
- Add two more witness vote warning: biased feed, low version
- Huge refactoring for aggregating the analysis data and the functions

### New Idea
Considering to add a new section that demonstrates how the witness nodes are geographically distributed. Feasibility of this new feature is totally up to the witnesses's willingness to share their node info though. The level of disclosure should be just like "us-east", "eu-west" so highly non-confidential IMHO.

This is a really nice project! I was considering starting something similar, but I'm pleased I didn't! :)

I like the idea of showing node geography too, I really can't see how it's a security issue at the levels you propose.

Hey @asbear, that's a great project!

Regarding Projects / Activities section on witness details, what about we (witnesses) update our account's json_metadata (profile) with additional fields and you show them here?

Like:

We have changed our moderation logic. There is no "rejection" anymore. 

Based on the [Utopian guidelines](https://join.utopian.io/guidelines/), every contribution gets a score from pre-defined questions. The higher you score, the higher chance the contributors get an upvote. 

Considering the score and current contribution volume, I can make an educated guess that this will get an upvote, though. :)

Yeah lots of stuff's going on on Steemhunt these days.. 24 hours are not enough to catch up all the Github issues.. the numbers just keep stacking up... lol
