When it comes to investing, many investors provide their advice and tell you what to do if you want your investment to be successful. Surely, everyone has their own ideas and thoughts, and they are all correct in some cases. The most well-known and essential piece of advice given by all investors is to diversify your portfolio. Yes, this is solid advice, but not all the time. My topic for today will be why diversifying your portfolio is not a smart technique. Diversification is the process of investing your funds in more than one coin. This is a method used by people who are unfamiliar with the principles of cryptocurrency and want to diversify their investments to reduce their risk of loss. But I dislike diversification since it limits your chances of growth. The coin has the potential to expand ten times, and if you merely spend a portion of your funds, you will miss out on the possibility. But what if you'd invested 50% or 100% of your money in that coin? You will undoubtedly make a significant profit. This is why I never encourage diversification. Maybe I was in favor of diversification in the past, but now that I'm in the market, I'm learning a lot.  Diversification may be beneficial only if you divide your amount into 2-4 parts. This signifies you've invested in "A,B,C,D" coins. This may be sufficient, but if you are confident in a strong project, avoid diversification. Many people have invested in more than 20 cryptocurrencies. This suggests that you have a lower chance of becoming wealthy during this bull run. If only 5 of their coins are multiplied by 10, 25% of their total sum is invested. However, if you have chosen the proper coins with good fundamentals, you will undoubtedly get the full advantage of your investment. As a result, before investing in any cryptocurrency, it is recommended that you conduct thorough research. Once you are pleased, invest 50% of your money. You will soon reap great benefits.
