It has always been recommended to participate in challenges and compete with others in all areas of employment. Whether it's the land of business, jobs, or anything else. However, keep in mind that you should not compare in such a way that you can seize his or her place by force or by being selfish. Rather, your efforts should earn you that position.

Every person's objective in the #hive ecosystem is to earn a good amount of money and a good salary to support their family. This is where you may demonstrate your work, write your favourite thoughts and stuff, and show other abilities in order to earn money from the ecosystem. However, this platform is not a get-rich-quick scam but requires considerable effort.

Everyone has their own thoughts and perspectives, but it is not advisable, in my opinion, for people to compare themselves to others. This is due to the fact that some people have been working in the ecosystem for the last 7-8 years, while others have only recently joined. So, how can they be compared? 

Why do the majority of new users fail shortly after joining the #HIVE platform? One of the reasons is that new users begin to compare themselves to others. They believe that once they join the ecosystem, they will begin to profit. They observe other people's blogs and their payment benefits and conclude that it is extremely simple to write merely and earn a big sum.


This, however, is not the case. Those persons whose posts you are viewing are the ones who truly deserve to be paid. Because they have spent a significant amount of their lives working with the ecosystem. They have given up all of their businesses and employment in order to profit from the #hive platform.

It is fairly typical for you to begin making money if you invest time on the platform. To begin earning, you must first demonstrate your effort, time commitment, and consistency. As a result, never compare yourself to others in the ecosystem because not all users are equal.

Let me explain with an example: imagine a person who studies and becomes an educated person after many years of hard effort. Will he or she be compared to a sweeper if he or she is selected as a high-ranking officer? No, and never, because the officer has put in a lot of effort during his or her life.

Sweepers and lower-level officers, on the other hand, never learned anything or received proper departmental education. This is an absolute that their levels are different and that one must be higher than the other simply in terms of employment and business. It should be noted that respect should be shown to anybody, regardless of rank.

Similarly, in the ecosystem, those who have been working for the last 8 years will not be compared to newcomers. Until and unless they put in the same amount of effort and consistency. Also, the earnings of veteran users will not be compared to those of newcomers to the platform.

I'll give you an example. When I first started using the platform, all I did was look at other people's accounts. I check their hive power by opening their wallet. I was perplexed when I saw other people's payouts, but to be honest, I never compared them to mine. I just keep thinking that I need to work hard in order to contribute to the platform and begin my successful career.

Now I find myself in a position that I was not in four years ago. Today, I have approximately 10.5K HIVE, although in the beginning, I only had 200 hive. This means that your account will grow in value over time. Your influence will expand, your friends will grow, you will get adequate information, and your earnings will undoubtedly rise.


This is an attempt on my side to inform you that you should never compare your earnings to those of other users. Instead, stay focused on your work and demonstrate patience and hard work for success.
