HIVE ecosystem is one of the top online earning platforms that is always available to all types of mankind. There is no distinction based on race, religion, nation, or country boundaries. After joining the #hive ecosystem, everyone is united under the flag of a blogging platform that allows you to earn money and create financial goals.  I'd like to see as many people from my community as possible, which is also my objective. There are three reasons why I am attempting to integrate my community people into this ecosystem. One of the reasons I want to start my own community with native language, guide them, and award incentives to them. I'd like to write in Persian as well, but I'll need a large number of Persians on board. It will be much easier for me to write in my mother language, and I will be able to write with more comfort and longer quality content. However, we are a small group of people who are involved in the #hive ecosystem. I offered one of my relatives to work in the #HIVE ecosystem yesterday, and he expressed interest in joining the platform and beginning his financial career. He (@mudassarfoladi) has only recently joined the platform and published his first intro post. He is a good person, a creative young man, and an excellent writer. He has the ability to make new friends and draw readers to his work. Another reason I support the people in my community is that the HAZARA country in Quetta, Pakistan, is going through difficult times. We've been targeted financially. Since the last 20 years, Hazara people have been targeted and killed. The Hazara genocide reached a climax in 2019 for a variety of reasons. Our talented and officers were targeted on the roadways, at offices, and everywhere they went. I don't know who killed us, but specialists believe that the government and state institutions were engaged in our target killing and bomb blast. One of the reasons is that we are a minority in this city, and we have always been used as a scapegoat. We lost our employment, businesses, and other financial opportunities as a result of the mass killing of Hazara people. Millions of Hazara people have migrated to Australia and other European nations in search of assistance and a better way of life. We are financially troubled since we can't work far away at a place where our lives are in danger. One of the main reasons I support my people in the #hive ecosystem is because of this. It's just my luck that I came across this platform, which is now providing us with financial support. Our People are extremely talented and well-educated. They are skilled and hardworking individuals. The Hive ecosystem is the ideal place for us and them to collaborate and create financial stability.   This is one of our sources of income where we may earn money quickly without risking our lives. But, sadly, my folks are not well-versed about #hive ecosystem. I want to launch a #YouTube channel and invite my followers to join this ecosystem. I've welcomed more than 20 people to the ecosystem so far, and I believe about 10 of them are active. I need to bring in more people from my community in order to give them with financial stability. However, inviting them only is a difficult chore. This platform is not a get-rich-quick scheme; it requires dedication and the ability to increase your patience. It requires persistence as well as social interaction on the platform. I need to inform them about the platform and community regulations so that they are aware of each rule in order to become responsible writers. Whenever I introduce someone else to the platform, I always tell them about the laws and regulations of the ecosystem and what are the things that they must be careful for. One of the reasons is that I want them to be aware of both the positive and negative aspects. By informing them about the regulations before they join the site, they will become more responsible and less prone to error and blunders. That is why inviting additional people to the ecosystem and guiding them completely is a difficult responsibility for me. I need support from my seniors, and your gratitude will assist me in bringing oppressed people of my community to financial stability. I can assist them in obtaining a monthly income that will provide them with financial respite as well as the opportunity to demonstrate their greatest skills in the ecosystem. The reason why I shifted my focus from onboarding instantly is because I know the hardships people of my locality face. And while I would like to help them, as you said, Hive is not a get rich quick scheme. Hive is an adventure and I keep saying that if people let it, Hive would sink its root deep into them and change them. They would evolve and become more. However, this is not something I can make them understand with only a few words. Sometimes, I want to host a seminar that would properly sink into the mind of these individuals. So. I agree with your point of view. The point you make is crucial: we can't explain hive to people in a few words. It takes years and years for them to understand. And it is not necessary to teach them; rather, they will understand themselves as they delve deeper into it. The goal of onboarding is to familiarise them with the ecosystem; the rest is up to them to figure out how to use it.
