You can now use Deposit (Beta) to conveniently select the coin and 3rd party gateway service you want to use to get an altcoin in the BitShares ecosystem.

Oh looks like there are actually a lot of different coins to be traded on the DEX. Does volume allow actual trading or is it more a way to store coins off the exchanges and collect them in your bitshares wallet?
