[BUG] Community "Members" Badges not showing

Added @clockwork as "Member" to the community, but unfortunately, the badge is **not** displayed in comments.

The term is ROLES...  they are roles within a community and right now we show the leadership or moderator roles because those have impact on community users. 

Badges are a very different product for steempeak.
