EOS: EOSDT the decentralized Stablecoin

Similar to [BitShares Smartcoins](http://smarturl.it/bitshares) and [MakerDAO's DAI](https://makerdao.com/en/), you can now short an USD Stablecoin on EOS to existence.

Would you be able to use those EOS locked in collateral (for EOSDT) on the REX as well?

I'd assume not, but worth the ask :)

can you imagine getting passive income from the REX while having a 0% interest loan of EOSDT!
