The bigger the community, the bigger the profit. 6 Compelling reasons why Steemit should have a referral programs to support the leaders and community.

We will start to promote program to earn our earning and we will help our downline/referrals/followers to earn more and more. Maybe we can start 1 tier referral system where we get a share of our referral's earning. Through this there would be many leaders who are willing to share their wisdom with their team and start to focus on more quality content and marketing. 

1 -  Steemians will start to promote and share their blog posts

Steemians will start to share their blog posts on social media. To get more followers and referrals we will start promoting our content on Search engine, social media, online groups and messaging apps. 

2  - We will have a social media presence

We will get more share on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. We all have followers on some social medias and everyone will start to use those social networks to get more referrals which results in social media presence.

3  - We will get into Search engine optimization

We will start to focus on keyword optimization, keyword research, and most importantly Quality content. I know we do it on Steemit but not on scale where a blogger or business do when they post on their blog. I think many Steemians don't focus on these factors while writing their blog post.

4  - Building a community of many communities

As we will start to promote, we will get more people joining us. People will contribute on topics which are untouched. There would be place for everyone. We will become a community where everyone enjoying their communities and sharing their knowledge with their niche audience.

As we grow more and more people will start to believe in cryptocurrency. The more people we have the more we grow in terms of market capital which is one of the factor in cryptocurrency adoption.  As we grow there will many big players joining us who can invest their money and help us grow.

6 - Steemians with leadership quality must be embraced

Leaders are always helping people and building teams, that's I think we should have a referral program. Because there are many leaders who can grow Steemit 10x because they have leadership skills, influence on other websites and networks, and they can lead their teams successfully. 

People who are leading network marketing networks have huge influence on people. People start these people blindly but as they are not getting paid for making people join Steemit they are very passive about spreading this system.
