Reciban un caluroso abrazo, amigos y lectores de holos lotus. Deseando que estén teniendo un bonito inicio de mes y **decretando desde ya** un venturoso año nuevo para todos en Hive y para nuestros seres queridos.

No siempre he sido muy navideña, en el pasado estas fechas me deprimían un poco, con el tiempo fui cambiando el enfoque y ahora las disfruto mucho. Me gusta le ambiente festivo que se respira, la connotación familiar, la excusa perfecta para adornar nuestras casas, ponerlas bonita, reorganizar espacios, remodelar si es el caso, es un tiempo propicio para los cambios y las mejoras en lo tangible y en nosotros mismos. Momentos de reflexión sobre los aprendizajes del año, proyecciones para el futuro y sobre todo de **agradecimiento.**

Hoy me uno a esta  [iniciativa](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@holos-lotus/navidad-y-armonia-christmas-and-harmony) de cierre de fin de año que nos invita a profundizar sobre nuestra manera de experimentar la navidad, y por qué no, a replantearnos cambios y transiciones.

Tomando algunas de las sugerencias planteadas en la publicación del concurso, me gustaría desarrollar algunos de los planteamientos.

### ¿Cuál sería tu deseo más importante para esta navidad y por qué?</center>

<div class="text-justify"> 
Creo que mi deseo de navidad puede representar el de muchos los que tenemos la familia y demás seres queridos dispersados en varios países. De desear, me gustaría que estas fechas fueran celebradas en unión familiar y con nuestros más grandes afectos. Pero como no podemos evadir la realidad y se trata un poco más bien de aceptar y aprender a disfrutar sin apegos, me gustaría que todos los días que restan del año todos tengamos la fortaleza, la resiliencia, la conformidad, la aceptación, la paz en el corazón y el amor requerido para disfrutar estas festividades en donde nos encontremos, sea en familia, sea con sillas vacías, sea con amigos, incluso sea en solitario. Mi deseo es paz y alegría para nuestros corazones independientemente de las circunstancias.

### ¿Cuál es tu ritual de prosperidad?</center>

Mi ritual de prosperidad en la actualidad es accionar, combatir la procrastinación, ordenar, reacomodar, mover las energías tanto en mi hogar como internamente.¿Cómo lo hago? Lo primero es la limpieza, ya estoy en ello, sacando cosas sin uso, vaciando closets, agrupando cosas para donar, con el tiempo he aprendido que menos es siempre más, y que el exceso de cosas, las acumulaciones representan distracción y estancamiento. Así que me dedico a depurar mi entorno, pintar paredes, cambiar muebles de lugar, etc. Todos esos cambios de afuera terminan teniendo impacto en lo interno, cambiando o incorporando hábitos, organizando ideas, escribiendo planes.

### ¿Cómo prácticas el dar y recibir en tu vida? ¿Realizas alguna acción de caridad en esta época? Cuéntanos sobre ello.</center>

En mi familia teníamos una tradición muy bonita que espero este año retomar. Los 25 de diciembre, después del mediodía salíamos a algunos sitios a repartir alimentos y/o juguetes. Hubo una época de bonanza en la que me iba con un amigo en su vehículo y comprábamos muchos panes de jamón, recorríamos las calles de Caracas en dónde siempre pululaban personas en situación de calle, y les dábamos su pan que muchas veces devoraban gustosos antes de habernos retirado del sitio. Así me inicié.

 Luego con otra amiga, íbamos a instituciones benéficas con platos navideños y ropa. Y repartir juguetes (nuevos o usados) en casas hogares o a niños en situación de calle era una de las cosas que más gratificaciones me daba, ver esas caritas locas de contento destapando el juguetico que santa les envió con nosotros… Regalar alegría es multiplicarla en nosotros mismos, por el tema de la situación país y economía hace dos años que no lo hacíamos, pero este año retomaremos, ya tengo algunos juguetes y ropa, y una amiga preparará comida, así que este año volveremos por todo lo alto, a dar y a darnos ese regalo.

### ¿Celebras el Espíritu de la Navidad? ¿Cómo lo haces?</center>

El 21 de diciembre lo celebro desde la armonía externa e interna. Procuro tener mi hogar listo en cuanto a limpieza y orden se refiere para esa fecha. Aunque en la actualidad tiendo a ya no dar poder a lo externo, pues el poder de materializar y crear está dentro de nosotros mismos, me gusta reforzar con algunas herramientas que me gustan. Inciensos a lo largo del día, sobre todo de sándalo, splash natural que realizo con canela en toda la casa, música agradable, preferiblemente instrumental, mantras o audios como los que ofrece el mexicano Iván Donalson en su canal de YouTube, meditaciones cortas, para visualizar lo que ya tengo manifestado en alguna línea de tiempo y quiero traer a esta… y un compartir con seres queridos, una comida, un café, lo que sea. Si por cosas me encuentro sola ese día el compartir lo hago conmigo misma, me consiento, me compro algo de comer que me guste y disfruto el día lo más posible.

### Herramientas de bienestar</center>

Con mucho cariño y respeto, comparto con ustedes las herramientas de bienestar que me han servido a lo largo del camino.

- **Suelta, libera y confía:** 

Esto lo hemos escuchado muchas veces, pero se debe repetir tantas veces sea necesario. Soltar el pasado no solo es benéfico para nuestra salud mental y emocional, sino también necesario. Soltar rencores, malos recuerdos, malos hábitos, soltar todo aquello que no nos hace bien. 

Liberarnos de cargas que no nos pertenecen, viajar ligero, simples y des complicados. Y confiar, en nosotros, en nuestro poder de creación ilimitado, confiar siempre en un mejor porvenir.

- **Aléjate de lo tóxico:**

Lugares, personas, cosas, costumbres. Sean amigos de toda la vida, sea familia, sean compañeros de trabajo, la toxicidad es como un virus, contagia, marchita, enferma. Tarde o temprano esa energía disfuncional nos termina perjudicando de alguna manera, así que lo mejor es distanciarnos, a la vez que es una muestra de amor propio al velar por nuestro bienestar.

- **Vive el momento:**

Esto también es un cliché, pero no por ello deja de ser quizás la recomendación o el consejo más importante que debemos seguir. Atención plena al ahora, practicar mindfullnes, disfrutar d elo que tenemos sin las angustias por un futuro incierto ni los tormentos de los fantasmas pasados. Solo así podemos seguir avanzando, construyendo recuerdos sanos, nutritivos y que nos llevan un pasito más adelante a la expansión de nuestra consciencia.

Receive a warm embrace, friends and readers of holos lotus. Wishing you are having a lovely start to the month and **declare as of now** a happy new year to everyone at Hive and to our loved ones.

I have not always been a Christmas person, in the past I used to get a bit depressed, with time I changed my approach and now I enjoy them a lot. I like the festive atmosphere, the family connotation, the perfect excuse to decorate our homes, make them beautiful, reorganize spaces, remodel if necessary, it is a propitious time for changes and improvements in tangible things and in ourselves. Moments of reflection on the year's learnings, projections for the future and above all of **thankfulness.**.

Today I join this [initiative](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@holos-lotus/navidad-y-armonia-christmas-and-harmony) of year-end closing that invites us to deepen our way of experiencing Christmas, and why not, to rethink changes and transitions.

Taking some of the suggestions raised in the contest publication, I would like to develop some of the approaches.

### What would be your most important wish for this Christmas and why?</center>

I think my Christmas wish may represent that of many of us who have family and other loved ones scattered in various countries. If I wish, I would like these dates to be celebrated in family unity and with our greatest affections. But since we cannot evade reality and it is more a matter of accepting and learning to enjoy without attachments, I would like that all the remaining days of the year we all have the strength, resilience, conformity, acceptance, peace in the heart and love required to enjoy these holidays wherever we are, be it with family, empty chairs, friends, or even alone. My wish is peace and joy for our hearts regardless of the circumstances.

My prosperity ritual at present is to take action, fight procrastination, tidy up, rearrange, move the energies both in my home and internally. how do I do it? The first thing is cleaning, I am already doing it, taking out unused things, emptying closets, grouping things to donate, over time I have learned that less is always more, and that excess of things, accumulations represent distraction and stagnation. ### How do you practice giving and receiving in your life? Do you perform any charitable actions this season? Tell us about it.</center>

In my family we had a very nice tradition that I hope this year to resume. On December 25, after noon we would go out to some places to hand out food and/or toys. There was a good time when I would go with a friend in his car and we would buy many loaves of ham bread, we would go through the streets of Caracas where there were always people in street situations, and we would give them their bread that many times they would gladly devour before we left the place. That's how I got started.

 Then with another friend, we would go to charities with Christmas dishes and clothes. And handing out toys (new or used) in homes or street children was one of the things that gave me more gratifications, see those crazy faces of contentment uncovering the toy that Santa sent them with us ... Giving joy is to multiply it in ourselves, by the issue of the country and economic situation two years ago we did not do it, but this year we will resume, I already have some toys and clothes, and a friend will prepare food, so this year we will return in style, to give and give us that gift.

### Do you celebrate the Spirit of Christmas? How do you do it? </center>

I celebrate December 21 from external and internal harmony. I try to have my home ready in terms of cleanliness and order for that date. Although nowadays I tend to no longer give power to the external, because the power to materialize and create is within ourselves, I like to reinforce with some tools that I like. Incense throughout the day, especially sandalwood, natural splash that I make with cinnamon throughout the house, pleasant music, preferably instrumental, mantras or audios such as those offered by the Mexican Ivan Donalson on his YouTube channel, short meditations, to visualize what I already have manifested in some timeline and want to bring to this one... and a sharing with loved ones, a meal, a coffee, whatever. If I find myself alone that day, I share with myself, I pamper myself, I buy myself something to eat that I like and I enjoy the day as much as possible.

### Wellness tools</center>

With much love and respect, I share with you the wellness tools that have served me along the way.

- **Let go, release and trust:**. 


We have heard this many times, but it should be repeated as many times as necessary. Letting go of the past is not only beneficial for our mental and emotional health, but also necessary. Letting go of grudges, bad memories, bad habits, letting go of everything that does not do us good. 

To free ourselves from burdens that do not belong to us, to travel light, simple and uncomplicated. And trust in ourselves, in our unlimited power of creation, always trusting in a better future.

- **Stay away from what is toxic:**  Places, people, things, costs, things that are toxic.

Places, people, things, habits. Be it lifelong friends, be it family, be it co-workers, toxicity is like a virus, it spreads, withers, sickens. Sooner or later that dysfunctional energy ends up harming us in some way, so the best thing to do is to distance ourselves, while at the same time it is a sign of self-love to take care of our well-being.

- **Live in the moment**.

This is also a cliché, but it is perhaps the most important recommendation or advice we should follow. Pay full attention to the now, practice mindfulness, enjoy what we have without the anxieties of an uncertain future or the torments of past ghosts. Only in this way can we continue to move forward, building healthy, nourishing memories that take us a step further to the expansion of our consciousness.
