Why is sport addictive? As someone who has an excessive sense of overthinking, sports is a way for me to survive, in the midst of my wandering mind, even my brain can think about how this world was created and how I can live in this world.


The gym is a place for me to pour out my emotions, my excessive freedom of thought, so that when fatigue comes, I can start to make peace and rest. So that I can survive a little and live a healthy lifestyle.

I totally agree with you on this. Sport indeed helps in keeping our minds stable. The sport I do when trying to clear my head is running. It really helps TBH.
