Addition of tag and top title algorithm in Steem Rank

First of all, I would like to thank @emptyname for coming up with this useful application. As a minnow sometimes we struggle to find good content in the sea of steem. Upon opening the feed tab, you basically need to swim your way to find a good content and it takes a lot of time to find a good content. Even if you want to follow steemian with good content but it will take you hours to locate them here. With [Steemrank](https://steemrank.netlify.com/) you can basically navigate your way to find top authors in Steemit. This is the screenshot of the application:

Currently, the authors are ranked based on Pending Payout, Number of upvotes and number of post.

Interestingly, the application will soon be enhanced with features such as :

- Statistics about average data (pending payout, upvotes, posts, etc)
- Redesign and detailed info about authors (followers, reputation, steem power, avatars, location, etc)
- Other ratings of authors (by upvotes, comments, and more)
- Historical data
- Data visualizations

This means when more features integrated into the application, the ranking of authors will change. I believe the reputation should play a big role in ranking of authors because some authors do not have a good content but since they have a lot of Steem Power, they might get a lot of upvotes. Hence, the priority for reputation.

I also would like to drop some suggestions to improve the features of this application such as:

1) Tags: Ranking of authors with Tags. Sometimes, some authors post are very niche to certain tags and Steemians can look up to authors that good in certain tags. It also will improve and boost some tags when indirectly, the authors get more steemians to support certain tags.

2) Top title: Steemians will know which post is the best among the bost posted by the author.

These are the suggestions that I would like to drop so far. Hopefully the project will scale up in order to benefit steemit community.
