I used to struggle when finding the best fare for my flight because there were many options for travel agencies, airlines and flight time. 

If you were like me, I would suggest using some index services like Skyscanner, Traveloka. Have the best functions to help you select the best flight based on many filters.

From here, you can select the cities that you want to flight to. In this case, I will choose Singapore as an example. I want to go there in November, and no date chosen.

If you want to explore the cheapest option available, I'd suggest selecting "whole month" instead of a date.

From the table, you can quickly select the day with the cheapest fare. Usually, I would suggest staying out of the weekend since the price would be high at that time. I typically go on a trip from Monday to Thursday or Friday, which is cheaper.

Then, you will see more detail on your selected day:

You can select your preferred time for your flight, as shown in "Inbound" and "Outbound." Many airlines are offering different options that you can choose from. Usually, I travel on a budget so that I would go with the cheapest option possible.
