Today is the 9th day of #ulog. I am trying to write an #ulog sooner than that time (near midnight now). I will try to write around 10 PM tomorrow.

So today was a long day with tasks, projects, and work. As wrote [here](https://steemit.com/money/@attoan.cmt/competitor-analysis-for-startup), I got into a new plan for the company and started to analyze the potential market and players. It has been quite challenging, but in the end, I guess that difficult tasks keep us motivated.

### A step back, and 3 step forward

Today I got into two cases with other people, one was my teammate and one was a partner. It was quite tricky since you got things out of hands and they expressed their discomfort. 



As learned recently, I tried to keep myself together, say sorry and move on with those problems. And eventually, things got bright, and everything was back to normal.  We had some misunderstandings, and all were sorted out as I stepped back and took the blame for myself. It was a significant experience for me. In the past, I tended to fight to keep the right for myself. Toda, I had learned that you can always let others win, and keep a friendly atmosphere without further debate. We are just workers doing our jobs for a living, so, I reckon that no point to fight with each other, right?

## Catch up

I missed some planned tasks today, and I do not want my "pending list" extend. I will work on those tomorrow, top-down, most important will get solved first.
