Quantum physics states that one (observer) affects the observed (environment). 
Quantum physics is that part of physics that deals with the study of the subatomic particles that make up the Universe we know, including our body.

 It is the science that studies the behavior and interaction between energy, space, time and matter, on a microscopic scale. It is the science that has proven the existence of quantum laws very different from those we perceive with our senses and know in our macroscopic world.

These laws govern how the human being interacts with the environment at a deeper level than we believe. 

Well, what we were going to: look, I warn you that I will be hard and clear: If we want to understand the functioning of our emotions, we must first free ourselves from all of our beliefs and understand that: It is about EVERYTHING that surrounds us. 

This environment - in which we live and which surrounds us - is directly related to us and shows us: Who we really are, and the latter, we do not like it, it causes discomfort, not to say that it is very unpleasant.
