every herb has health benefits for the body. like kencur which is famous for cough medicine. besides kencur is also useful for blood circulation. and this is very useful for someone who has high cholesterol and someone who has diabetes.

before explaining about the benefits of kencur, I will explain a little about cholesterol and diabetes.

* the process of cholesterol

High cholesterol causes a buildup in blood vessel channels. so the blood flow becomes blocked. cholesterol comes from fast food, and foods that are fried in oil repeatedly.

* the process of diabetes

Diabetes is caused by consuming too much food that contains high sugar. this causes sugar to increase in the blood.

* Why kencur is very useful for diabetes and cholesterol.

because it can dilate blood vessels. like someone who has cholesterol. buildup of cholesterol causes blocked flow. because that's why it takes kencur to expand the blood vessels so they don't get blocked. whereas diabetes causes the blood to become thick. so the blood flow becomes slow when it flows. that is why it requires kencur to dilate blood vessels so that blood flow is easier to flow.
