El  [**CREATIVE RECYCLING CHALLENGE ](https://peakd.com/hive-130560/@jennyzer/creative-recycling-challenge-13-oror-its-time-to-recycle-oror-first-anniversary)  de @jennyzer llega a su primer año y lo celebro con mucha alegría porque he disfrutado mucho  participar en cada edición. Hoy, comparto mi participación como muestra de mi apoyo a esta maravillosa iniciativa de reciclaje tan valiosa.

Para este concurso de aniversario, me dispuse a reciclar unos 
discos flexibles o disquetes que encontré, mientras limpiaba la biblioteca este fin de semana, y viendo la cantidad se me ocurrió reciclarlos. La primera  idea es hacer  unas libretas para anotaciones. Siempre hace falta tener donde anotar en la mesa de trabajo. Espero que les guste y se animen a hacerla en casa.

Lo primero que debemos hacer es cortar a la medida las hojas que vamos a usar para nuestra libreta, yo aproveché un trabajo encuadernado de esos que se acumulan en casa porque los estudiantes no retiran a tiempo.

The first thing to do is to cut to size the sheets that we are going to use for our notebook, I took advantage of a bound work of those that accumulate at home because students do not withdraw on time.

Luego, sacamos con el perforador dos huequitos para unir las hojas, yo lo hice con estambre. Le puse suficiente silicón caliente al disquette para pegarlo a la base plástica de encuadernación que tenía el trabajo.

Then, we used the hole punch to punch out two holes to join the sheets together, I did it with yarn. I put enough hot silicone on the floppy disk to glue it to the plastic binding base that had the work.

Ya unidas las hojas y con  las dos tapas de disquettes pegadas, me dispuse a adornarlas. Lo hice forrando toda la pieza con estambre fucsia para que se viera llamativo y con la textura particular que le da este hilo.

Once the sheets were joined and the two floppy disk covers were glued together, I started to decorate them. I did it by lining the whole piece with fuchsia yarn to make it look eye-catching and with the particular texture that this yarn gives it.

Para adornar, le puse con silicón líquido un pedacito de encaje en el borde superior y en el borde inferior.

Que linda y útil creación. Te felicito por tu ingenio amiga @aurodivys. Si tu pudieras ver todos los paso a paso que tengo guardados en fotos, pensando en posibles publicaciones para contribuir con alguna manualidad de vez en cuando :) A parte que soy de las que guarda cositas pensando en que sirven para algo, solo hay que esperar el momento justo y mis hijos han agradecido que exista mi cajón de "cosas guardadas" :) sobre todo cuando han tenido que hacer algún trabajo escolar. 

De nuevo te felicito, por reciclar para volver a crear algo nuevo 🌺
