How to Step into Your POWER

You step into your power by softening into your power. Here's one of my favorite prayers to say before I go into situations that make me nervous or anxious. I hope you enjoy it!  <br>

I soften into stillness. <br>
I soften into presence. <br>
I soften into gratitude. <br>
I soften into forgiveness. <br>
I soften into compassion. <br>
I soften into self-acceptance. <br>
I soften into non-judgment. <br>
I soften into noticing when those negative thought arise and not judging myself for them. <br>
I soften into reminding myself that I am not my thoughts. <br>
I soften into my creativity. <br>
I soften into being me. <br>
I soften into love. <br>
I soften into my power, which is my love. <br>
I soften into everything that is. <br>
I soften into not knowing. <br>
I soften into letting go of yesterday and 15 minutes ago. <br>
I soften into being here, with you, showing up fully, for the both of us. <br>
