When it comes to summer and thermometer shows impressive temperature - 24°C!  It gives me the sign to chill the atmosphere :) In order to that I always prepare cooling, recharging and rejuvenating Nectar, even if its UK, not Greace ;)  INGREDIENTS: 1. Fresh Ginger 2. Two big Lemons ( organic) 3. One Orange (organic) 4. Raw Honey 2 spoons ( moderate- depend how you like)  PREPARATION: Boil 2l of water. During that time slice ginger and add boiling water. Wait 15 minutes for infusion to be ready.   Later slice half of lemon + all orange ( remove seeds if neccesary) and add to infusion. Remember to wash all the fruits!
