<center>  </center> <div class="text-justify"> El parque Negra Hipolita fue inaugurado para 1983 y lleva el nombre de una noble esclava negra que amamanto a Simon Bolivar producto de que quedo huerfano a muy corta edad. Este parque tiene un lado importante en toda la ciudad por que te conecta con la flora y fauna del lugar es muy comun encontrar animales como ardillas, iguanas, un roedor poco conocido como el Dasyprocta punctata y en menor medida se han visualizado pequeños caimanes debido a que por este parque pasa el principal río de mi estado, el río cabriales que es conocido por todos en mi región. <p> </p> Este parque te conecta con la naturaleza y lo importante es saber que no somos los únicos habitantes del estado y ni somos omnipotentes. y que desde niños podemos educarnos y apreciando este tipo de parques, además que dentro del mismo hay una pista de calles con señalizados para enseñar a los niños desde muy pequeños a cumplir las normas de tránsito. Lastimosamente muchos no conocen este parque pero lo que los conocen saben lo valioso que es para mi estado. Pasar un rato con amigos, novios, o tan solo ir tu solo a disfrutar del rico ecosistema y relajarte te llena. > The Negra Hipolita Park was inaugurated in 1983 and is named after a noble black slave who nursed Simon Bolivar because he was orphaned at a very young age.
