Lemon Smoothie With Lemon Peel (Instructions)

**Hi everyone,** i'm gonna share something weird but full of informations article today. Well, i already posted something about this long time ago but today i wanna share how i made this smoothie at home. 

It's Lemon smoothie with peel, did i make you twist your mouth? haha because whenever i hear or see something sour i'm gonna start craving already.

So here it is. This lemon is frozen, we have to put this in the freezer for us to be able to grate it if not it's gonna take you million years grating lemon that is not frozen

So heres what i did first i grated the lemon using the grater ofcourse 😅 I was just to lazy to wash the fast juicer that we have so i always use this grater.  I know. I'm lazy 😂
so this is how it looks like when you're done grating.

and then, cut some banana and now put everything in the blender ** INCLUDING THE LEMON PEEL** then add some milk and honey, like 1 cup of milk and 2tbsp of honey. But mostly i just use water and honey. 
But it taste awesome when you use fresh milk. **SO USE FRESH MILK** and then blend it until everything looks pure and soft. *And tadaaa!* Enjoy your Lemon smoothie. 

Like what i have said; A lot of fruits are can be eaten with peel just like, Lemon, apple, orange etc. If you're going to juice or make a smoothie, you have to make your fruits frozen and grate it with the peel. If you juice or make a smoothie from fruits you'll get 90% of it's nutrition. Don't throw away some nutrition 😊

yung banana na gamit ko is saba, hindi ko pino-frozen kase may natitira, mahirap iblender ang saging pag frozen 😂 kaya kapag nag try ka wag mo lagay sa freezer ung saba na saging lemon lang. 😉
