My Own Version of Sisig Filipino Style

<p>Hello, steemians so here my filipino style sisig that i made for dinner. Here's the recipe below. :)</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingredients:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
  <li>1 Kilo of pork</li>
  <li>Onion slice</li>
  <li>Garlic</li>
  <li>Green chili</li>
  <li>Pepper</li>
  <li>Vinegar</li>
  <li>Fish sauce</li>
  <li>1 Egg</li>
  <li>And oil</li>
</ul>

<p><em><strong>Procedures</strong></em>:</p>
<ol>
  <li>Boil the pork until become soft, set aside</li>
  <li>Put oil in the pan, garlic, green chili and the pork</li>
  <li>Add fish sauce, vinegar&nbsp;</li>
  <li>Then add pepper</li>
  <li>Cook for 10 mins</li>
  <li>Now add the egg mixed it until it's done.</li>
</ol>
<p>Tadaaaa! Now, we're gonna taste it. Happy dinner! 😀</p>

That looks really amazing and healthy.  But I'm not sure what fish sauce tastes like coz I never used it.  Thanks for sharing @awesomenyl.  How are things going for you??

Doing great, thanks for asking :) My baby is turning two months now. How about you? by the way i hate the smell of fish sauce but it helps to add taste on the food 😂

Haha, I will have aquaponics system in my garden this year I hope and grow my own fish.. and hopefully a fish pond.  My girlfriend is on a long vacation from work now so we will get to talk a lot for the first time in years!  We are planning where we will buy land and what our house will look like.  @arisa will be posting a lot more soon I think!  Glad to hear your baby is healthy and family doing good.  Will you grow a garden this year?  I may be able to provide some free seeds for you. :)
