Hello Splintermates and fellow Hiveans,


Happy 7th Year anniversary @splinterlands and many more years to come. 7 years of thriving with 3 bear markets and multiple ups and downs. Who would have thought that splinterlands can weather several crypto bust and boom cycles. With multiple crypto projects closing down Splinterlands community is still going stronger and stronger everyday. From alpha set, beta set, untamed set , chaos set and rebellion set now we are at the age of chase the conclave arcana set - the introdcution of blacks foils and its variants.

So for this challenge i am going to share a modern ranked battle where i summon the black foil death archon Razi Clanktrap and this is the #4 mint. Thanks to @snowboarderpete for renting it for me for one season. Who knows he will rent it to me for another season to continue exploring it.  It just happen that this is one of the cheapest that is rented in the market so from this i try to explore and build a strategy into it. And i happen to liken more often to used it into a sneak attack strategy.

### ARCHON RAZI CLANKTRAP
A new favored conclave arcana archon for low level mana battles specially those below 25 mana battles.

Razi clanktrap is the first conclava arcana death archon released aside from different element archons. It is a rare rarity. This is a black foil so it always comes with a maxed level. It is a 4 mana and came from the Gnome race. Its added ability to its monster are <u>*Close Range*</u> ability that all allied monster receive close range ability at the start of the battle. It  has also a <u>*bloodline domininion*</u>- which means that units/monster with the same bloodline can be summoned from other elements   and at the same time, it gives fellow Gnome units the <u>*Painforge ability*</u> which increases the damage of the card whenever they received damage from Poison or Burning debilitation. Some cards that benefits from this are Nimbledook Explorer and Daigendark Surveyor.

### BATTLE WITH ARCHON RAZI CLANKTRAP
I like to use Archon Nazi clanktrap specially in below 25 mana battles and like to use it with sneak attack strategy specially with broken earth tug and gonach excavator and sometimes with boring hobgoblin.

### POSITIONING 
For this specific battle i used Razi clanktrap as an archon . Most of the time i used halfling refugee as tank because of its 1 mana with heal and high health specially on 23 mana battle like this. My second unit is chaos animator a tactical strategy to receive the snipe attack serve as an divertion, although this best work with a weapons training unit. My third position is ujurak elder . Fourth unit is great porcupine . The fifth and sixth unit is a sneak attack unit broken earth thug and gonach excavator.

### SNEAK ATTACK STRATEGY
My original and favorite strategy since the beginning of my @splinterlands journey. This transition from using those alpha beta like sneak attack to water  chaos sneak attack .

To intorduce my new found conclave arcana sneak attack combo. For this battle this is my line up. Here i  used a two sneak attack unit broken earth thug and gonach excavator sometime i used 3 where i used boring hobgoblin. My choose of element is death which is leaded by archon Razi clanktrap in its black foil form. In this 23 mana battle <u>loss legendaries</u> , <u>target practice</u> and <u>odd ones out</u> <u>ruleset</u> i used halfling refugee as my tank to benefit from its 4 melee attack, high health and heal ability. Then i used 3 non melee attack chaos animator, ujurak elder and great procurpine  to serve as taunt to benifit from snipe ruleset. I plan to used 2 non melee and 3 sneak attack but i don't have additional 3 mana sneak unit . So to go for the kill i then used 2 sneak attack broken earth thug and gonach excavator position at the back as most of my opponent used a front focused attack.
