Positive emotions helps us to broaden our perspective and also helps us to be more open with others. Like the feelings you can feel when you are full of hope with that everything seems possible, and the energy seems boundless. This is the power of positive emotions.
I know that good feelings has a positive impact on us. Positive feelings helps us to have the energy to get more things done, and also this positive energy of ours makes others life better. But fear and anger those negative feelings has more serious impact such as it leads to depression. And we usually think about negative things and be aware of negative feelings. The negative feelings are much much more louder than positivity.
These negative feelings has allowed many mental disorders to appear. Positive feelings such as love and joy moreover, gratefulness and hope can change our whole life. Well, if we can manage to increase the amount of positive emotions we experience then we will be able to reap many benefits. Positivity will helps us to be more successful in career and also help us to stay more stable. We can live a happier life and less stressful life.
I think we should practice and have the tendency to be positive in life. When we are positive we will be able to engage in positive thinking and gain positive feelings and do positive things like showing kindness and generosity.
The power of Positive thinking is more than what you think of because if you can think positively then there is no problem which you can't overcome with. Positivity will help you take the full control of the events in your life. Like if I have a aim and I don’t have the situation to have it then I would try my best. But if I think that it’s out of my league then I can never be successful in anything. If I think I can’t do it that means I have already lost the battle because of the lack of confidence in my words.
Words matter a lot also what we think about in our daily life. If we have dreams we should create the situations to achieve it at least give it a try instead of carrying negative feelings.
Like when I started streaming I had negative feelings because I saw few saying negative stuffs like I would never be able to do anything with this gaming career but I always had positive feelings that I can do it, And I really did it! I proved them wrong and it’s obviously I had believed in myself and now it is fruitful.
I really don’t like it when some people judges and gives free opinions that you can’t do something if they can’t do it. People believe that if only they can do it then someone else will too but if they themselves fail to fulfil then others must too. But it’s a myth I think that if human beings has any positive will then they can make anything happen. Such as Mobile like did we ever imagine it was possible to talk from one country to another or have internet. But human beings made their dreams come true.
I also never imagined to be a famous gamer. It really matters what you think of about something. It can be about you or others. If you keep blabbering in someone’s ear about something negative then they will also get demotivated.
I think we all should try to practice to have positive thoughts because we won’t learn if we don’t practice and practice makes everything perfect. Also, make sure to choose your words carefully when you use them for someone else because we should not let someone get demotivated because of our negative thoughts. We should also, try to keep the negative thought’s away for our own good.
