¡Hola! 

El otro día para innovar un poco la forma que tengo de cocinar los fideos de arroz, y dado que no tenía pollo ni ninguna proteína animal descongelada, decidí hacerlos con huevo pero presentarlos de una manera un poco más original.

Primero cociné los noodles como siempre y, después hice una tortilla con huevos para envolver los fideos. ¡Te comparto mi receta!

<li>Noodles de arroz</li>
<li>1 zanahoria</li>
<li>1 Pimiento (yo escogí el rojo, pero puedes ponerle de cualquiera de los 3 o incluso de los 3)</li>
<li>Champiñones</li>
<li>Media cebolla</li>
<li>2 huevos</li>
<li>Cebollino</li>
<li>Sal y pimienta</li>
<li>Jengibre en polvo</li>
<li>Aceite de girasol</li>
<li>Salsa de soja</li>
<li>Agua para la cocción</li>
</ul>

<li>1 carrot</li>
<li>1 Pepper (I chose red, but you can use any of the 3 or even all 3)</li>
<li>Mushrooms</li>
<li>Half an onion</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>Chives</li>
<li>Salt and pepper</li>
<li>Ginger powder</li>
<li>Sunflower oil</li>
<li>Soy sauce</li>
<li>Water for cooking</li>

Paso 1: Ponemos agua en una olla y cuando comience a hervir, echamos los fideos de arroz. La cocción suele ser muy rápida, en torno a 5 minutos o menos. Si nos pasamos, quedarán demasiado blandos.

>Step 1: Put water in a pot and when it starts to boil, add the rice noodles. Cooking is usually very fast, about 5 minutes or less. If we overdo it, they will be too soft.

Paso 2: Vamos calentando aceite en una sartén y echamos las verduras cortadas para saltearlas. Espolvoreamos un poco del jengibre en polvo y removemos.

>Step 2: Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chopped vegetables to sauté them. Sprinkle a little ginger powder and stir.

Paso 3: Cuando ya están hechos los fideos de arroz, los escurrimos y los echamos también en la sartén para saltearlos junto a las verduras, añadiendo la salsa de soja, la pimienta, el cebollino y corrigiendo de sal si es necesario (la salsa de soja suele contener sal ya)

>Step 3: When the rice noodles are ready, drain them and add them to the pan to sauté them with the vegetables, adding the soy sauce, pepper, chives and correcting the salt if necessary (soy sauce usually contains salt already).

Paso 4: Batimos 2 huevos en un bol, y los vertemos en una sarten pequeña para hacer una tortilla. Cuando la tortilla está hecha, Ponemos los fideos en el centro y los envolvemos, de forma que quede como una esfera o bola, y le damos la vuelta para enplatar y servir con un poco de cebollino por encima.

>Step 4: Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, and pour them into a small pan to make an omelet. When the omelet is done, put the noodles in the center and wrap them, so that it is like a sphere or ball, and turn it over to plate and serve with a little chives on top.
