Today am bringing to you another important plant commonly grown in my area which is guinea corn 


This is one of the crops that is used in a different way such as when grounded it is use as flour to make bread, porridge and pancakes.

As a crop it also has very rich nutrients

It has some sufficient nutrients that is very good for babies.
It's generally accepted for its nutrients and value,and it has so many health benefits ,it's rich in protein and we all know that protein is helps building the body cause of it nutrients for human. It contain huge amount of dietary fiber that helps you to feel full without

overeat unlike some food that you have to eat large quantity before you can be full in these case you need small quantity, the high content of dietary fiber in guinea corn help to improve you digestive health and it help to soothes different problem of digestive problem like constipation, diarrhea and bloating.

Guinea corn is good for infants that is underweight.This crops need little water to grow ,it takes 4-5 months for guinea corn to develop

unlike maize that take 2-3 months. When the seed will turn from green to red ,it shows that the plant is fully ready to harvest.

I love the corn very well because of its nutritional value and it's also call baby food in my place, my only bad outcome I done like is about disease, if it's affected by anywhere it always catching one then the rest sorry affected too
