Hi Hiveans,



In our own type of market we have different types of food with good nutrients and good health absorption into the body system. This is why I said so, in my going out to everywhere it is always been a very excited one to the extent of showing love and happiness to even the buyers and the sellers of foodstuff. I came around as usual and do you know what as a nursing mum you need to be up and doing getting more in your things for you baby and also to get him or her used to the environment. Sometimes before now I always love to be at home with my baby but I really learnt a lot from this which is getting used to me alone. I will be explaining some even thought about this in my next post. Let's get back to this. I got to the market in the afternoon so I went straight to the cheese sellers.

##### The White Cheese. More natural Nutrients Derived.

we have the white cheese and also the red chief pending on what you care for and also what particular thing you want to use it for mainly or purposely. I always love to consume this and see it in stew or soup most especially because my mum actually taught us out to eat this kind of food even in a raw state. The white cheese can be consumed as raw as it is although some people actually go to the extent of steaming it for some period of time.

This white cheese is also more nutritious to me like we all know that we have different taste buds we also have different choices in handling so many things as human being so when I tested the two type of cheese I already know which one I love most. The white cheese can be consumed like I said when you buy it from the market instantly. You can also eat the red cheese but it is not as pure edible as the other one which is the white.  The white one is also easy to digest and you can quickly give your children and they will consume it instantly and digest it all.

The red cheese this is how it is being sold out to the general public and also to the customers. They made it with a red coloration to make it more beautiful and attractive to the buyers. It also has traces of whitish colour inside it.

This what's when I got home and place it inside a very moderate bowl for my family.

It also increase the breast milk for the nursing mum you can give a good trial of this. I particularly noticed this when I get it and eat it frequently. Without no stress they make floor regularly in a very good manner and within a short period of time the baby go to sleep and enjoys her beautiful day.
