Today I joined you with a new fun recipe . My today's recipe is Bombay duck fish roast recipe . This fish is one of my favorite fish . These Bombay duck fish can be found in the fish market in the city . Due to the fair price of this fish, everyone can buy and eat it . Today I have cooked a fun Bombay duck fish roast recipe with a few ingredients . I cooked this Bombay duck recipe many days later . Everyone in my family loves this Bombay duck fish recipe . Today I will share with you through this poster how I roasted Bombay duck fish . I have shared the method of cooking the recipe step by step in a very beautiful way . **First I took four pitch Bombay duck fish here ,I have cut the fish and cleaned it well with water.**

**Here I have four tomatoes , I cleaned the tomatoes well with water.**

**I cut the tomatoes into pieces.**

**One cup chopped onion.**

**Once the oil is hot in the pan, leave the onion pieces in the oil and fry till it becomes brown.**

**When the onion becomes light brown, add tomato pieces and mix.**

**Here I have one teaspoon of chilli powder, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder.**

**The amount of salt.**

**Now you have to add half a cup of water.**

**Add lemon leaves and mix.**

**After cooking for three minutes, add Bombay duck fish.**

**After cooking for three more minutes, add the required amount of water, cover with light heat and cook for a while.**
