<div class=text-justify>   Saludos comunidad, nuevamente por aquí debido a estas iniciativas y receptividad que he encontrado, lo que me ha animado a volver a participar. En esta ocasión llamó mi atención la iniciativa de la dama @damarysvibra quien nos invita a contar nuestra experiencia respecto al autocontrol, voy  a dejar el link y aprovecho de invitar a mi hija @swammy1109 y a mi esposa @marito74 para que se animen y participen.

Sinceramente desde que tengo uso de razón he sido una persona calmada, a lo mejor demasiado para el agrado de otros, hoy veo a  mi hijo y me veo en el, tal vez esta tranquilidad se deba  al caracter de mi madre y de mi abuela, porque mi papá lamentablemente no me pudo acompañar en mi crecimiento, apenás tenía 8 años cuando dejó este mundo y el tenía un caracter un poco mas fuerte por ser de campo, sin embargo el hecho de ser criado por mujeres me hizo ser mas condescendiente con los demás.

No voy a decir que nunca me molesto porque sería mentir, soy un ser humano pero controlo esos impulsos de vociferar, reaccionar violentamente, siempre he tratado de resolver los problemas en sana paz.No me mido por un estandar sobre que es o no es apropiado, sin embargo como mencioné antes evito los conflictos, nunca me han gustado las peleas y esas cosas, para resolver hay canales adecuados.Siempre digo; "La mejor pelea es la que se evita"y esto es algo que a la mayoría de las personas les cuesta entender, porque es más fácil pegar cuatro gritos.

>Sincerely since I can remember I have been a calm person, maybe too much for the liking of others, today I see my son and I see myself in him, perhaps this tranquility is due to the character of my mother and my grandmother, because my father unfortunately could not accompany me in my growth, I was only 8 years old when he left this world and he had a character a little stronger for being from the countryside, however the fact of being raised by women made me be more condescending to others.

>I am not going to say that I never get upset because that would be a lie, I am a human being but I control those impulses to shout, to react violently, I have always tried to solve problems in peace, I do not measure myself by a standard about what is or is not appropriate, however as I mentioned before I avoid conflicts, I have never liked fights and those things, to solve there are appropriate channels, I always say; "The best fight is the one that is avoided" and this is something that most people find difficult to understand, because it is easier to hit four screams.

Algunos dirán y lo escribo porque mis alumnos me lo decían, "tanta calma y seguro explota" bueno soy un ser humano, depende de la situación, por ejemplo cuando falleció mi hijo mayor tragicamente mi primer impulso fue gritar y llorar como un niño, es un dolor terrible y no se lo deseo a nadie.Nunca olvidaré a mi hijo pero decidí honrarlo viviendo lo que el no pudo, me he dedicado a seguir aconsejando a sus hermanos, estar más pendientes de los hijos menores, trato de ser feliz porque mi hijo siempre tuvo una sonrisa y un buen trato hacía los demás.

Vivo en un pueblo humilde y aquí es el pan de cada día que la gente vocifere en medio de la calle, a veces uno piensa que están peleando y están es hablando entre ellos.Cuando llegué aquí hace casi 18 años la gente me miraba extraño porque siempre me dirijo cortésmente, en mi siempre está presente el "por favor" y el "gracias", algo que aquí la mayoría deja pasar y es esta cortesía precisamente lo que me ayuda a controlar cualquier impulso de decir cuatro tonterías de las que después me arrepienta.

Trato de no involucrarme en situaciones que observo en el entorno para no caer en errores que me vayan a ocasionar incomodidades o a mi hogar debido a que en un pueblo pequeño prevalece la tegiverzación de palabras o situaciones y lo mejor es digerir las situaciones y evitar .Trato de asimilar los problemas en el hogar, vivo en Venezuela un país afectado por una alta inflación que nos envuelve a todos con efectos negativos, por ello sacamos un chiste para todo, es la mejor terapia.En general respeto la vida de los demás, trato de ser un buen ejemplo para mis hijos, transmitirles mi sentir, ser feliz porque no puedo a mi edad perder el tiempo en tonterías.Le agradezco su tiempo, que tenga un buen día.

>Some will say and I write this because my students told me, "so much calm and it will surely explode" well I am a human being, it depends on the situation, for example when my oldest son died tragically my first impulse was to scream and cry like a child, it is a terrible pain and I do not wish it to anyone, I will never forget my son but I decided to honor him by living what he could not, I have dedicated myself to continue advising his brothers, be more aware of the younger children, I try to be happy because my son always had a smile and a good treatment towards others.

>I live in a humble town and here is the daily bread that people shout in the middle of the street, sometimes you think they are fighting and they are talking to each other, when I arrived here almost 18 years ago people looked at me strangely because I always address politely, in me is always present the "please" and "thank you", something that most people here let pass and it is this courtesy precisely what helps me to control any impulse to say four stupid things that later I regret.

>I try not to get involved in situations that I observe in the environment so as not to fall into mistakes that will cause discomfort to me or my home because in a small town the tegiverzación of words or situations prevails and it is best to digest the situations and avoid . I try to assimilate the problems at home, I live in Venezuela a country affected by high inflation that surrounds us all with negative effects, so we get a joke for everything, is the best therapy.In general I respect the lives of others, I try to be a good example for my children, convey my feelings, be happy because I can not at my age to waste time on nonsense.I thank you for your time, have a good day.
