2023ခုနှစ်ရဲ့ သာယာလှပတဲ့နေ့လေးတွေပဲ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ကြပါစေနော်။ပထမဆုံးအနေနဲ့ ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုမိတ်ဆက်ပါရစေ။ကျွန်မနာမည်ကတော့ မအေးဇင်ဇင်မြင့်ပါ။ အိမ်ကခေါ်ကြတာကတော့ အငယ်လေး (သို့မဟုတ်)ကလေး လို့ခေါ်ကြတာပါပဲ။
ကျွန်မကတော့ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း ခင်ဦးမြို့နယ်၊ အောင်သာရွာ မှာ‌‌ မွေးဖွားပါတယ်။ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာကို ကိုးကွယ်ပါတယ်။
မိသားစုထဲမှာ အငယ်ဆုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်ရှင့်။
အစ်ကိုတွေ မောင်တွေမရှိပေမဲ့ ညီမငါးယောက်မို့ ပျော်ရပါတယ်။သွားလာစားသောက်ရတာလည်း တစ်ဦးတည်းမဖြစ်ပဲ ကျွန်မအတွက် တန်ဖိုးရှိတဲ့အချိန်တွေ ကုန်ဆုံးကြပါတယ်။
ညီမ ငါးယောက်ဖြစ်လို့ တိုင်ပင် ဆွေးနွေးရတာလည်း ပိုကောင်းပါတယ်။ 
ကျွန်မရဲ့ အစ်မတွေကို ကျွန်မပိုပြီးချစ်ပါတယ်။
အသက်က 24နှစ်ပါ။ အသားရည်က ညိုတဲ့အတွက်‌ကြောင့် အမတွေနဲ့မတူ ကွဲပြားနေလို့ အမြဲပြောခံနေရတဲ့သူလေးပေါ့။
ကျွန်မ ပြောနေကြလေးကတော့"အသားမဲ ပတ္တမြားခဲ"လို့ ပြောရင်း အမြဲရယ်ခဲ့ရတာပါပဲ။
အရပ်က ငါးပေနှစ်လက်မပါ။ Onlineမှာ အကျိုးရှိအောင်လို့ စဉ်းစားရင်းနဲ့ Hiveက်ို သိရှိခဲ့ရပါတယ် ။အချိန်တွေပိုပြီးအကျိုးရှိစေချင်ပီး ပိုတိုးတတ်ချင်တဲ့အတွက် လမ်းညွုန်ပြီး သင်ပေးကြပါအုံးရှင့်။

အထက၁ ရေဦးမှာ တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းကို အောင်မြင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ စစ်ကိုင်းတက္ကသိုလ် ရူပဗေဒတတိယနှစ် ဂုဏ်ထူးတန်း မှာ ပညာသင်ကြားနေပါတယ်။ 
ယခုလက်ရှိ ပညာရေးကတော့ ကိုဗစ်နဲ့ စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမူကြောင့် ကျောင်းနားထားရပါတယ်။
အွန်လိုင်းကနေ သင်တန်းများတတ်ရောက်နေပါတယ်။  စကားပြောစွမ်းရည်သင်တန်း  (Soft Skill)တတ်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ယခုတော့ စာရင်းကိုင်သင်တန်းနဲ့ ဂျပန်ဘာသာစကားအခြေခံကို onlineကနေ လေ့လာသင်ယူနေပါတယ်။

ကျွန်မချစ်ရဆုံးလေးကတော့ အလိမ္မာဆုံးကြောင်လေးပါပဲ။ကြောင်လေး နာမည်ကတော့ ရွှေဝါ ၊ရွေညိုနှစ်ကောင်ရှိပါတယ်။အလိမ်မာဆုံးနဲ့ နားထောင်တတ်တဲ့ကြောင်လေးတွေပါပဲ။အိမ်ဝင်းထဲမှာ ပြေးလွှားဆော့ကစားတယ်။
သူတို့ရဲ့ခေါင်းလေးတွေနဲ့ တိုးဝှေ့ပွတ်သပ်ပြီး လူကိုဆော့ကစားကြတယ်။သူတို့အတွက်သီးသန့်နေရာလေးမှာပဲနေကြတယ်။
မိုးရာသီကိုတော့ သူတို့မကြိုက်ကြဘူးထင်ပါရဲ့။
မိုးတွေချိန်းပီး လျှပ်စီးတွေဝင်းပီး လေတွေကြမ်းရင် သူတို့လေးတွေပြေးလာကြပီး အိမ်ထဲဝင်ပီး ငြိမ်နေကြပါတယ်။တစ်ယောက်တည်းရှိလို့ ကြောက်နေတတ်တဲ့အချိန်မှာဆို သူတို့လေးတွေ ရှိတော့ အဖော်ရှိသလိုပါပဲ။
ဒါကြောင့်မို့ ကြောင် လေးတွေကို ပိုပြီးလည်း ချစ်တယ်။

စာဖတ်ခြင်း၊သီးချင်းနားထောင်ခြင်း၊ချက်ပြုတ်ခြင်း လုပ်လေ့ရှိတယ်။ ဇာတ်လမ်းတို ၊ဝတ္တုတိုတွေကိုလည်း စိတ်ဝင်စားတယ်။ ဝတ္တတို‌လေးတွေ ရေးရတာကို သဘောကျတယ်။အများအားဖြင့်ကတော့ ချက်ပြုတ်ရတာ ပိုနှစ်သက်တယ်။အိမ်မှာနေရင်း အငယ်ဆုံးမို့အိမ်မှုကိစ္စမှာ ချက်ပြုတ်ခြင်းကို ပိုပြီး လုပ်ဖြစ်တယ်။ 
စိတ်ဖိတ်စီးမူရှိနေရင်တောင် ချက်ပြုတ်ပြီး စားသောက်ရတာက စိတ်ဖိစီးမူကိုလျော့ကျစေလို့ ပိုပြီးသဘောကျပါတယ်။ ချက်ပြုတ်ရတာဝါသနာပါတဲ့အတွက် ဟင်းသီးဟင်းရွက်အပင်လေးတွေ ပြုစုရတာလည်းမြတ်နိုးလာတယ်။
သူတို့ကြောင့် ဟင်းလျာက  ပိုပြီးအသက်ဝင်စေလို့ပေါ့။ ‌
ယခု လက်ရှိအခြေနေအရ အိမ်မှာနေရတဲ့အတွက် ကိုယ်တတ်သမျှလေးပဲ လုပ်ဖြစ်တယ် ။ချက်ပြုတ်သင်တန်း တတ်ဖို့ စိတ်ကူးထားပါတယ် ။အဟာရရှိစွာနဲ့ ပိုပြီးကောင်းမွန်စွာ စားရဖို့အတွက်  ချက်ပြတ်ဖို့က ကျွန်မရဲ့ စေတနာပါ။

ယာယီအလုပ် 
Grade10 ရူပဗေဒ စနစ်သစ်ရယ် စနစ်ဟောင်းကို မွေးရပ်မြေမှာရှိတဲ့ကလေးတွေကို အခမဲ့ သင်ကြားပေးပါတယ်။ကိုယ်တတ်နိုင်သလောက် ပြန်လည်မျှဝေရတာကို သဘောကျတယ်။ 
အဲ့တာကြောင့်လည်း သင်ကြားပေးရတာ ပျော်ပါတယ် ။
အဲ့ အလုပ်ကို တော်တော်လေးသဘောကျပါတယ်။

I was teaching guided  Grade10 Physics in our vallage at volunteer. l am happy at this work.But l am not teaching at this work.Now online businessရယ် online class တွေရယ် သင်ယူနေပါတယ်။ Online  heferry new products Level 4 ဖြစ်ပီးတော့ online ကနေ ဝင်ငွေရှာနေပါတယ်။အပင်လေးတွေ စိုက်ရတာလည်း သဘောကျပါတယ် ။ 
ခုလို ပူပြင်းတဲ့ နွေရာသီမှာ သူတို့လေးတွေကြောင့်သာ ကမ္ဘာကြီးက သာယာနေတာပါ။ အဲ့တာကြောင့်သစ်ပင်လေးတွေချစ်တယ် ။
သီးနှံနဲ့ သစ်ပင်များစိုက်ပျိုးခြင်းက ကမ္ဘာကြီးနဲ့ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုလည်း အကျိုးရှိစေသလို စားဝတ်နေရေး အတွက်လည်း ပြည့်စုံစေပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်မို့ ကျွန်မ သဘာဝတရားကြီးကိုလည်း ချစ်မြတ်နိုးပြီး သစ်ပင်တွေလည်း စိုက်ပါတယ်။

ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်နေနဲ့ စတင်အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် လိုအပ်တာများ၊မှားတာများရှိရင် တောင်းပန်ပါတယ်ရှင့်။ပိုပြီးတိုးတတ်အောင် ကြိုးစားပါအုံးမယ်ရှင့်။ Nice too meat hive  and you.
ဒီစာကိုဖတ်ပေးတဲ့သူတိုင်းကိုလည်း ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။ပျော်ရွှင်စွာနဲ့ပြန်ဆုံရပါစေ။ အသစ်သောမိတ်ဆွေတွေနဲ့ သူငယ်ချင်းဖြစ်ရမှာကိုလည်း ဝမ်းသာပါတယ်ရှင့်။
