Dreemport challenge week 3 : I messed up

This week started off really, really well, in terms of performing all of my tasks. I prayed every morning as usual, I drank more than enough water, continued reading the book I was reading (Burn), and did my daily twenty minutes walk. I even posted on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, which to me is an Achievement. Though I forgot to submit to dreemport on Thursday, I was still very excited I did everything. Everything except for posting on Wednesday.

Now that was until about an hour ago. I wanted to put this post together, so I decided I'd check @dreemsteem's feed for this week's question. This was when I realized that the rules had been changed. Uhh, what was I thinking not checking this week's rules earlier on, I feel so annoyed. Oh well, you live and learn I guess. The new set of rules aren't really difficult compared to the old one.

The new rules are

- Drink 40 Oz
- 10 minutes of peace and quiet
- 20 minutes towards your desired goal
- Encourager : Spend time encouraging other people participating in the challenge

- 25 minutes of physical activity (exercise)

- Work towards a personal goal

- Make a post and submit to dreemport (this is totally optional)

Among all of these the only ones I did unconsciously of course were drinking at least 40 Oz of water, my personal goal, posting to dreemport on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday of course. I think I may have unconsciously done upto 25 minutes of physical activity, but I can never be sure.

If I were to judge myself based on week one and two table, it's yet another 3 out of 5

I have learnt my lesson. Always look out for dreemsteem's announcement post.

Anyway I nominate @eylz619 for best encourager, she was the only one who mentioned the dreemport challenge afterwards. Though this was because I didn't use the #dreemportchallenge tag in my other posts.

You have done well, drinking more than 40OZ even without being aware of it. There may be a 10minute of your day that you stayed quiet,maybe resting. That surfices for that task. As for the encourager part, I believe you had someone you visited in his/her post and said encouraging words to. So you see, you haven't done badly even without seeing the update on time. Next week will be better for us all.

It's gotten from underground using a borehole, then treated with various filtration devices, before being packaged and sealed in a bottle or a sachet, like this

I personally drink sachet water (or pure water, as it's popularly called here). One is 50 cl which is approximately 17 Oz. I drink one immediately I wake up, and one when I'm leaving the house. That's already 34 Oz not including the one I drink after eating.
