<center>Okay guys, today I wanna share with you experiment which I performed some time ago. Namely cold showers instead of warm showers. I think that most of you heard about this topic, so in my todays post I wanna present to you benefits and my personal opinion about them. </center>

<center>Everybody dreams about warm, relaxing bathing after hard day. And we think that, it will be very good way to relax our body exactly in warm/hot water. But, we're wrong, it's not the case! What, if we start taking cold showers/bath instead? Cold showers is not something like slying your body or whatever, and even denying yourself some pleasure. From the start it can be quite bad experience, but then, if you go deeper into it, you will like it for sure. </center>

# <center>***It stimulates our immune system***</center>
<center> Cold shower cause reaction of your body and it stimulate immune system immediately! And thanks to that, it becomes stronger. The very good effect of it, is improved immune system. You have the power to kill viruses in your body! And this is scientifically proven! I'll show you it below. </center>
# <center>***It'll boost your energy more***</center>
<center>During cold showers, our organism is more and better oxygenate, our pulse is increased, and the blood begins to circulate faster and spread the oxygen into every cell in our body. It's better than drinking coffe, it gives better effect of stimulating, because it cooled body immediately, so it cause some sort of little shock. This shock increase the general colection of oxygen in our body, so it will give you natural wake-up call.</center>
# <center>***Your skin and hair becomes more healthy***</center>
<center>Cleaning are mainy goal of shower. During this process you're removing dead skin cells and excess oil from it and also hair. Cold showers will help you to narrow down your pores, which your skin tightens from high temperatre. By this, your body isn't produce oil so you can forget about greasy hair or skin. Beside that, this activity tightens and makes flexible skin. I highly recommend cold showers, if you have dyied hair. The heat of showers will damage your hair, or if you even have dry ends or dry hair it works in the same way, like on your skin! </center>
# <center> ***Loss weight with cold showers!***</center>
<center> Did you know that, this activity will help you in burning your adipose tissue? And all this things thanks to our metabolism, which burns more calories to get you warm. While your metabolism is working, your organism also activates brown fats. This is the good fat that helps to generate heat and thanks to it you're burning more calories! Thanks to more active metabolism, our digestive system also works better and faster. </center>
# <center>***Cold showers for muscles***</center>
<center>During it, or circulation is better, so this cause that the muscles and cells receive more oxygen, and as a consequence we have more blood. So thanks to that tissues, muscles and cells have stronger ability to repair. This also helps in getting rid of lactic-acid, which is produced in muscles when you have muscle sores. Thanks to that, our muscles repair quicker and relax more. </center>
# <center>***It reduce stress and helps control your emotions***</center>
<center>This is one of my favourite benefit, cold showers can really "reduce" or maybe better said increase resistance of out body for stress and depression.
It might sound a bit confusing at the beginning but as first cold shower increases oxidative stress in our body, that means we actually increase the stress. But! It's only very small increase that will decrease overall stress our body is experiencing. Our nervous system is able to handle a lot more thanks to that, this will let you stay more calm during frustrating or embarrassing situations. Our body during the shower will increase hormone called ***Glutathione*** which controls the amount of stress we feel. As this happens we will find ourselfs more as a calm monk, than angry wolf.
There is one more boost, that we can get from cold showers, basically increase of noradrenaline. Cold water stimulates part of the brain called "blue spot". What does that do to us? By producing more of noradrenaline our brain will release more happy hormones! </center>

# <center> ***My experiment***</center>
<center> *I made little experiment few weeks ago with my boyfirend. We took cold showers daily. At the beginning for me, it was terrible! I couldn't took longer shower than 2 minutes, because my comfort zone wouldn't allow me for more.
But then, my boyfriend reminded me about Wim Hof, also called ***ICEMAN***. Thanks to his techniqe, I was able to finally took longer showers. After few days I recognised few changes in my body. My skin was in better condition, it become more sensitive and firm. Not olny I. My boyfriend has atopic dermatitis (which is not dangerous for life) and he also recognise, that in these places where he has it, skin was more soft and looks also better! So I highly recommend it if you have some dermatological diseases. After them, I also felt that I have more energy, I was more calm and more focused on the things which I was doing. Even before writing this post I took cold shower, after loooooong break. I didn't know how my body will react for it (you can get hypothermia). I started from 30 deeper breaths before shower, then gradually I started pour water from my feets up to my head. Surprisingly, I feel so good during it and I felt that I have no enough! It was like my whole body missed it! It was amazing!* π *My sleep also improved! I suffered from* " ***I don't want to get up!*** π£" *But thanks to the showers I had more energy and stronger will to do something productive! But above all... It helped me decrease pain in my back! I'm struggling with incredible pain in my back! And honestly, even exercising them donβt help. One time, after this shower I noticed that, the pain was much smaller than before it! Man, that was like a bolt of lightning for me! I never felt such a great during this experiment! And I highly recommend to try it! I'll start again from today my experiment, but maybe for longer time than last days.* π
*You need to get out of your comfort zone and focus on your mind in exactly this moment. This is a special technique discovered by Wim Hof. Amazing man! ***He made twenty-six Guinness World Records all related to extreme cold!*** I highly recommend to check his videos below. It's really helps you, but you need to watch it for more informations! And it's worth it!* </center>
