With the increasing hype surrounding the monetization of Jpeg files, some respective arguments have been brought up as concerns of it being one big ponzi industry that will someday get wiped out of existence. Some believe there's no uniqueness in these files since anyone could just download a jpeg file and share through numerous platforms. On one side, that is true, but on the other, they tend not to understand the term **non-fungible** and why they are asset classes. 

The limits of software are pushed forward with the invention of NFTs. Physical copies are given an atmosphere to coexist, in a non-fungible state. The industry is aware of the clone factors that enables duplications of items, however, with the power of blockchain, tokenization of these files into asset class is more like creating a license for it, where fake can be told from the original. 

If I'm being real, I feel like NFTs can replace literally anything. For the most part, with the nature of crypto and blockchain, NFTs create a safer environment for investments. Tokenization is a big part of this revolution, that's why crypto and NFTs are inseparable.

Let's take the gaming industry for example, undoubtedly, blockchain gaming is far different from games on other networks, with NFTs being at the center of these games, we see an industry creating collections of value, in-assets are given the form for block uniqueness, the power of tokenization is actually limitless, it's like an expanding feature of the industry.

**NFTs - Pushing The Limits Of Digitalization**

For a base level, digitalization without tokenization is limited to fungible items. The Metaverse will be greatly powered with NFTs, if we're being real, the word itself should be a definition of collective NFTs, the Metaverse will exist because it will be filled with NFTs. In my own speculation, the Metaverse will look much like the offline world, where everything offline gets to coexist in the online world with a license that makes it non-fungible. Is like living in virtual reality that's actually **virtual but also a reality!**

The fashion houses would be one of the largest beneficiaries of this great tool, judging from their bond with art and crafts, NFTs create a medium of increased finances to grow their industries. I imagine a world where items listed for sale are in the form of NFTs, whoever buys the NFT, owns the physical item. As the crypto industry expands in users, the atmosphere becomes marketable for these companies. Reaching a number of desired audiences becomes easier, it's all just amazing to think of. Physical item with digital license, company shares assets in form of NFTs or basically tokens, regenerating income as dividends, bye bye to stocks? Increased security and a propeller of true ownership, this all is just a few merits of this system. So outside bringing  Jpeg files to the world of tokenization, it also offers real world solutions thereby creating an expansion in a pre-limited system…

Major companies will see increased revenue with the power of blockchain technology, most will love the idea of tokenization of physical properties because it's really a trust tool that will take user experience to a whole new level in business…
