According to my research and tested method, today I am going to tell you one major Exercise for preventing erectile dysfunction and improving your performance in your bedroom.

The exercise will reduce and minimize premature ejaculation, which will enable you to satisfy your partner well. 

The good thing is that the effect of this exercise can materialize in few days or weeks depending on your level of seriousness.

Before now, most of us know that some exercise can either improve or reduce your libido, your ejaculation strength, hardness, and size because of hormonal changes.

If you never knew this before, TESTOSTERONE is the main hormone that improves your libido, sex rate, and muscle size. Unfortunately, this hormone will start decreasing at age 26 thereabout making it less effective because of the age factor. However, some exercise can improve or reduce your testosterone.
For example, a lot of cardiovascular exercise like jogging, racing or running, can reduce your testosterone because of an increase in your stress hormone.

One of the most effective exercises for improving your erectile function is lifting the weight but too much of it is not good. 
You can lift weight few times per week on a steady level for a better result.

Another effective exercise is the KEGEL EXERCISE which is done to strengthen the perineal muscles. 
Doing the KEGEL EXERCISE could be a little tricky and difficult. You can perfect this by contracting your anus muscles like you are holding your gas. 

Another method to effect this is to stop peeing midway and contract the muscles. You can do kegel occasionally but not every day so as not to weaken the muscles.

If you are consistent with these methods above, you will experience a great result. 
With consistency and steady practice on this method, you will be better.

Weed is good for this type of disfunction, one of the main causes of erectile dysfunction is anxiety ,weed calms the brain and incresases the flow of blood from your heart to the penis .nice post definitely getting my upvote.
