四十岁之前人找病，四十岁之后病找人！

距离上次腰疼应该不到一个月。昨天晚上在睡觉的过程中突然就被腰部传来的剧痛惊醒。然后，疼其实不可怕，可怕的是腰部不能动，连起床翻身都费劲，更别提走路了。真的很可怕，也真的耽误事，行动不便呀，啥也不能干，只能躺着静养。

昨天老婆一直说热，然后开电扇一直吹，我就曾经抗议过，说天气凉快了别开电扇了。奈何人家一直嫌热，咱也不能自私的不让开电扇。于是我就先睡觉了，没想到在睡梦中居然就发病了。年轻的时候，真的不会体会到腰疼的概念，而且几乎很少去医院，有数的几回去医院看病输液啥的。更别提类似于不能动的腰疼了。

可是，都说岁月是一把杀猪刀。过了四十岁有时真的有无力感。不像青春年少时的生龙活虎，更多见证的是生离死别，很多场合也经历的多了起来，不由得也对人生阅历和人生观有了很大影响。而身体的体能方面也是一个很明显的变化，看来真的需要多多注意保重身体了。可以的去做维护身体健康的事情，毕竟这个年龄段还肩负很多责任呢！
