The bum in the Philippines named Victoriano Mansano, suddenly famous after his photographs that live inside the viral pipe culvert in social media.

"The picture was photographed in Lower Ilomavis, near the Cayetano School, Kidapawan City, I was surprised, because he was living in a pipe that was no longer used," wrote Matsing.
He said, Mansano become homeless after being thrown away by his family. Nowadays, the man in his 50's just depends on the compassion of citizens in terms of food.
Nowadays Warganet has contacted the social welfare department and has been looking for generous people for Mansano to be evacuated and be able to taste decent life.
Until this news has been uploaded, at least 2,900 citizens have resumed photos of Mansano, to be helped by the benefactors.
