A thousand dreams? Unleashed fury? Raging storm? Silence? Tears? Peace! Life is filled with these. They define life and make it worth living or not. Each one makes itself known in our lives with their subordinates in tow. They carry us through life, bringing us unplanned adventures, silent battles, freedom, love, and so much more. And then it goes around again in a cycle. This is why it is believed that every phase in life would be passed.

*"The storm will pass. Don't give up!"* Life, yes! Life gave us the reason to think and say so. Life brings us to our knees and raises us up when we least expect it. Some see these moments and say it is a miracle! Others see it has a storm settled as they get themselves ready to fight another. Life is filled with hopes, unfulfilled dreams, still born promises, unfairness, and its siblings. Still, life could be sweet, lovely, worth seeing, funny, alive, faithful, and peaceful.

No definition can beat what life is all about because life is just life. Two consonants and two vowels, just four letters, which brings fear and yet sweetness at any time. The balance in the word is enough to make the world worth living yet suicide and depression never ceases and I do believe this is because life is good and bad and the more we live it, the more we get to see that there's more to it though the end of life is always certain...death. The end of mankind.

However, there's something special about life. It has this love of putting a spark in our hearts. A driving force that makes us have a purpose in life. Something to keep us going even in a tough situation, and that same spark drives me. It keeps me awake at night with teary eyes when I think about things I saw in the Internet world. Corruption, savages, war, culture, and traditions that should be abolished because of what they stand for, human mutilation, and whatnot! Even when I don't care about checking the news, these things still find a way to pop on my timeline. Sneaky prick.

Seeing all these fuel the purpose I have. The fire inside me ignites and becomes shiny anytime I get to see them because my heart craves for change. I have heard and seen things I shouldn't have. And as painful as it is, I don't want another person to feel or see it. I am not Mother Teresa or Nelson Mandela. But there's one thing among others that keeps me going. My purpose in life and it is as simple as daylight. The need for peace. I have been fortunate to see the color that signifies this. The same thing that keeps pirates from fighting, parley.

I just want it. I crave it so badly that it became a daily mantra on my posts. A quote culled from my very being. I want the world to feel that peace no matter what. The kind that is harmless. A soft velvet sort of peace... filled with purity and love. The kind that puts an end to war, hatred, deception, and its siblings. The peace I crave, I want it to be felt by all, let it touch parents heart as they nurture their children with it. And for those who see it as poison, I want the peace to sneak into their heart, their vein, their head, and everything that defines them.

I know it'll be hard, this is why I have started from myself. I made myself the lab rat and also the scientist. Though, it has not spread as I would have loved it to, but I am glad seeing and also knowing it lives in me. It is the air I breathe and the speech I make. And I will create a family by it. It starts with me, but I am sure it won't end with me.
