My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2021
Dzisiaj powrót do roboty po zaległym urlopie za stary rok i dwóch dniach urlopu okolicznościowego. Roboty nawalone, może nie tak jak za starych czasów, ale nie mogłem się nudzić. Zrobiłem dzisiaj ponad 21 tysięcy kroków, Huawei Health pokazuje nawet 22,5 tysiąca. Według tej aplikacji zrobiłem dzisiaj 16 km przebiegu i spaliłem ponad 600 kalorii. Mogłem zrobić lepszy wynik, ale już nie miałem sił. Z resztą nie będę się przemęczał. Zdrowie i życie ma się jedno.
