This quest is to add an item or service to the marketplace. Whichever one the judges like the most will win and gain the XP, steem/sbd and have their item/service spotlighted with an extra blog post created by [me(@apolymask)] to help gain more visibility to the winning artist/seller/content creator.

[If I should happen to be lucky and be the winner, then I will pass on his post to one of the more graphical/Artist types for @apolymask to profile.]

You really need to take a look at the <a href="https://steemit.com/contest/@apolymask/ifc-s1-r28-the-marketplace">POST</a> for this one, @apolymask has done a pretty good job of explaining The Marketplace in his outline for this round. We have a lot of people that drop by our Discord Chat Room, just to chat, and we have have a lot of pretty talented people, both players, and...well for want of a better word...audience members, and a few of them have mentioned how nice it would be to have a place to "share talents", thus was born, <b>The Marketplace</b>.

<h3>My Offering - - Totally Free</h3>
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; I am offering to users of "The Marketplace" a 20% upvote and comment on a post or comment of their choosing. It can be their post or comment, or someone else's post or comment. It has to be a fairly good post and not plagiarized. If it is a Picture only it has to have a source with it, even if source is nothing other than 'my phone'. I will check and do a google image search, if it is a stolen piece then I will let you know your vote and comment request was not acted on, and that I muted you. So here is how to make the request;
1. Post in "The Marketplace" `@bashadow vote and comment please`. That is all just that phrase in The Marketplace room. Do not put any links for me to go to.
2. After you post in "The Marketplace", return to this post, and in the comment section leave the link to the post you want me to vote and comment on. This procedure is to avoid flooding "The Marketplace" with non-market links.
3. Do not post more than once a day, and do not request multiple post.
4. Do request a vote on here <i>without</i> posting in The Marketplace. This offer is to support the opening of "The Marketplace". 
5. Hours of operation, as long as I am still active on steemit, as long as "The Marketplace" (IFC's), is on the IFC discord chat room. In other words if you are a new user and it is July 15th, and you just found this post, and the IFC Discord Chat Room, and "The Marketplace", and I am still active, follow the above rules and I will get notified, and then I will drop a vote and a comment if all the above are met.
6. Termination of service shall be solely at my discretion. Do not abuse, I will not vote and comment for the same person on a recurring basis, be reasonable in the amount of request you make. I have limited vote's and I do vote on a lot of people, a little under 300 votes a week and 160 different unique accounts a week, 90% of which go to very low level accounts.

And there you have it, my offer to you. It does not matter what level you are, all are welcome to avail themselves of my services. If you have something special you would like me to add in the comment such as: "This vote is courtesy of a secret admirer" or some such thing send me a DM in discord if you don't want the world to know, but you still must comply with the above rules. If you did want that secret admirer type comment the odds of them being able to track it back to here and you are pretty slim.
