That which dissipates fear aye? For me anymore that's unbridled faith in God and knowing I can rest comfortably in the invisible hands of the universe. It's okay to feel bad sometimes, we're human and we have feelings!

But as you said *Tomorrow is another day*  and the sun will always rise after it rains;) Let those emotions flow to relieve you, feel them, express them and let them pass. Bad times wont be forever.

What helps me to dissipate the despair:

**Leave the place where I am** the fact of changing the scenario also makes you distract and stop having that kind of thoughts.

in that order, what I prefer to do is go to a park and do some parkour (I love parkour) Parkour increases my endorphins and makes me feel good

dissipate despair... good question... i always like this one to get me some perspective.. that it's all gonna change (like you say), rumi is the best i got!

lately ive been feeling a huge shift which includes depressed feelings, stuckness, sluggishness, etc... i started listening to a 17 min affirmation video on youtube ... and it's really boosting my mood and helping me think about things in different ways.

I try to deal with negative thoughts and ones that get stuck in my Mind but sometimes it can be overwhelming. I then try to meditate but that does not always work.

Sometimes it just takes Time and sometimes we have no control over how long that Time will be.

It does suck  when that bad Thought just follows you around  relentlessly  wherever you go

Big time. You should feel those feelings. I won't even call them negative emotions because that is a value judgment and has no place here. They might be harder, more difficult, or "slower," but they are just as good because they are part of you.

I've been trying to avoid dishonest and flippant responses when people ask how I am doing. People don't know what to do. Work people are the worst.

Sometimes we focus so much on pretending something or someone, to lie to ourselves and believe that we will be fine like that, but there is no better attribute and acceptance than accepting oneself and others for what they are, it sounds easier to say than doing it , but the first one is always important and that goal is fixed, nice post
