Hola, hola! Saludos queridísimos amigos de @holos-lotus, ya tenía días sin pasarme por esta hermosa comunidad, muchas veces pierdo la noción del tiempo y entre tantas ocupaciones se pasan las horas, Pero aún asi el tiempo lo tenemos todos solo debemos saber como compartirlo. En esta oportunidad vengo a hablarles de un tema muy particular.
Ahora bien para entrar en el punto al que vengo hablarles, hace días tuve una linda reunión con algunos integrantes de @hive en anaco mi hermosa ciudad, donde siempre es muy agradable compartir con personas las cuales tienen puntos de vistas diferentes a los tuyos. Al momento de pedir nuestros respectivo cafe, creo que ya es una costumbre que pidamos el #cafe, cada taza nos traia consigo un pequeño mensaje de amor o de cariño y hasta de inspiración para cada uno de nosotros, y el mio fue uno de los mas maravillosos, aunque no recuerdo bien cuáles le tocaron a cada quien, Pero el mío es una palabra muy potente **"DICHOSA"**.
Ser una mujer dichosa implica llevar una vida llena de alegría, satisfacción y plenitud. Es encontrar la felicidad en uno mismo, valorar nuestras fortalezas y reconocer que merecemos ser felices. Ser una mujer dichosa implica también cultivar relaciones saludables, cuidar de nuestro bienestar físico y emocional, y perseguir nuestros sueños y metas.
Y en ese momento dije el universo conspira siempre al rededor de cada uno. En la vida todo lo que sucede es porque tiene un propósito clave en tu vida. El universo se encarga de todo eso de colocarnos donde nos debe colocar y en el lugar y la hora justa no pido más y soy agradecida por eso.
Esa dicha interna que cada uno de nosotros tenemos proviene del amor propio. Para ser una mujer dichosa, es fundamental aprender a amarnos y aceptarnos tal y como somos. Debemos reconocer que somos valiosas y merecedoras de felicidad, independientemente de nuestro aspecto físico, edad, logros o circunstancias. La dicha comienza desde adentro y se refleja en nuestro exterior, en estos días me han marcados palabras y acciones de personas que jamas pensaría que dirían esas palabras, pero así es la vida y cada uno debemos trabajar en cultivar la dicha que de verdad merece.
Para cultivar nuestra dicha, es importante también mantener relaciones saludables y significativas. Esto implica rodearnos de personas que nos apoyen, valoren y respeten. Debemos alejarnos de aquellos que nos hacen sentir mal o nos traen negatividad. Al rodearnos de personas positivas, podemos nutrirnos mutuamente y crear un círculo de apoyo y amor.
Otro aspecto fundamental para ser una mujer dichosa es cuidar de nuestro bienestar físico y emocional. Esto implica adoptar hábitos saludables, como alimentarse adecuadamente, hacer ejercicio regularmente y descansar lo suficiente. Una buena salud física nos ayuda a sentirnos con energía y vitalidad, lo cual contribuye a nuestra dicha. Además, debemos atender a nuestro bienestar emocional aceptar y gestionar nuestras emociones de manera saludable, buscar el equilibrio y cuidar de nuestra salud mental. Es importante tener tiempo para nosotras mismas, practicar técnicas de relajación y autocuidado, y buscar ayuda profesional si es necesario. También debemos aprender a establecer límites y decir "no" cuando algo no nos beneficia o nos hace sentir incómodas.y aunque no tengo mucho tiempo para los ejercicios y esas cuestiones de vez en cuando yo hago mis rutinas es algo que es justo y necesario en mi vida y así me siento muy dichosa cuando lo hago.
Debemos Enfocarnos en lo positivo nos ayuda a tener una perspectiva optimista y a encontrar alegría en las cosas pequeñas. No debemos compararnos con los demás ni buscar la felicidad en cosas externas, sino aprender a encontrarla dentro de nosotras mismas. Ya que la felicidad que genera ese justo momento de sentirnos Dichosa está en nuestras manos, Y porque no en una simple taza de café!
Para terminar con este post, no perdí mi oportunidad de escribir en un sitio especial en este hermoso lugar. Mi frase de dice así: **"La FE lo Puede Todo, solo Confía"**

When we ordered our respective coffees, I think it is already a custom that we order the #coffee, each cup brought with it a little message of love or affection and even inspiration for each of us, and mine was one of the most wonderful, although I do not remember well which ones were given to each of us, but mine is a very powerful word **"DICHOSA "**.
Being a happy woman means leading a life full of joy, satisfaction and fulfillment. It is finding happiness in oneself, valuing our strengths and recognizing that we deserve to be happy. Being a blissful woman also means cultivating healthy relationships, taking care of our physical and emotional well-being, and pursuing our dreams and goals.
And in that moment I said the universe always conspires around each of us. In life everything that happens is because it has a key purpose in your life. The universe takes care of all that and places us where it should place us and in the right place at the right time and I am grateful for that.
That inner bliss that each of us have comes from self-love. To be a blissful woman, it is fundamental to learn to love and accept ourselves as we are. We must recognize that we are valuable and deserving of happiness, regardless of our physical appearance, age, achievements or circumstances. Happiness starts from within and is reflected in our exterior, these days I have been marked by words and actions of people that I would never think that they would say those words, but that is life and each one of us must work on cultivating the happiness that we truly deserve.
To cultivate our happiness, it is also important to maintain healthy and meaningful relationships. This means surrounding ourselves with people who support, value and respect us. We must distance ourselves from those who make us feel bad or bring us negativity. By surrounding ourselves with positive people, we can nurture each other and create a circle of support and love.
Another fundamental aspect of being a happy woman is taking care of our physical and emotional well-being. This involves adopting healthy habits, such as eating right, exercising regularly and getting enough rest. Good physical health helps us feel energetic and vital, which contributes to our happiness. In addition, we must attend to our emotional well-being by accepting and managing our emotions in a healthy way, seeking balance and taking care of our mental health. It is important to have time for ourselves, practice relaxation and self-care techniques, and seek professional help if necessary. We must also learn to set limits and say "no" when something doesn't benefit us or makes us feel uncomfortable.and although I don't have much time for exercise and such issues from time to time I do my routines it is something that is right and necessary in my life and so I feel very happy when I do it.
Focusing on the positive helps us to have an optimistic outlook and to find joy in the little things. We should not compare ourselves with others or look for happiness in external things, but learn to find it within ourselves. Since the happiness that generates that right moment of feeling happy is in our hands, and why not in a simple cup of coffee!
