Hi everyone, good to see you again. From childhood, we have often heard that being an active and sociable person is a very good thing in social life. Meanwhile, being a quiet person and doesn't really like hanging out with friends around. Usually, people like that will be seen as strange by people.

"How come you rarely talk, you've been so quiet" is one of the most frequently used words when hanging out with people who have extroverted personalities. I'm not sure what they mean by asking that, but I think that's an exaggeration. Sometimes I as an introvert who often gets questions like that feel annoyed because they always ask the same thing over and over again. Even the person who asked this was someone who had known me for a long time. It was like they didn't understand that people with quiet personalities existed.

It's not that you don't want to have lots of friends and be able to socialize with others. As an introvert, I prefer to spend my time alone and discussing my thoughts. That way I can focus more on myself. Even I rarely get together with my friends. Unless they are friends who are close to me.

Let me talk a little about being an introvert.

Unlike extroverts, who can easily talk and hang out with everyone they meet, introverts are more closed off from the outside world and will only talk more when they are with people they know and trust. They will only speak in moderation if the other person is someone who is not too close to them. However, an introvert can be a great listener when someone needs it. Introverts don't have many friends here and there, they only have one or two close friends they can talk to freely without having to worry about their judgment.

It's okay to be a quiet person who doesn't talk much. even though they look cool, introverts are sensitive and care about their surroundings. You don't have to change yourself to be accepted in society, to be successful, or even to be happy. You can be yourself, be successful the way you are, and be happy the way you are. You just need to better understand and convince yourself that being an introvert is not something to be sorry about. Many people are successful and famous and they are introverts. Apart from being a good listener, an introvert is also a deep thinker of something. That way they will focus on what they are thinking.

Extroverts and introverts have their part to be successful people. There is no need to change yourself just to be accepted by others. All you need to do is accept yourself first and focus on knowing yourself. To be accepted by other people can be the umpteenth business. Because other people will accept us when we can respect and love ourselves.
