Daal mix
Onion
Green chili
Coriander leaf
Turmeric powder
Oil
Saltl

Process:

For peyaju there are two types of daal needed. We need to sock at night then at the morning paste it but careful not to be smooth paste. Then get the paste into a bowl. Take onion, green chili, coriander leaf, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt. Mix all the spices with hand very well. After that mix this spices with daal. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Put a pan on the stove with oil for deep frying. When daal will be well heated take the daal mix and get small pieces and get into shape. Put into the oil and fry. In a medium low flame fry. So that daal will be cooked by inside. Now serve in the Ifter Table with Chola. 

Serve in the Ifter Table.
