*Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Fish Fry"*

Ingredients:

Fish
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Oil

Process:

At first get the fish cut properly. Then mix with salt and turmaric powder. Leave it 15 minutes and after that wash properly. Take a bowl and get fishes. Mix with ginger garlic paste and all the dry spices. Add salt too. Marinate for 20 minutes. Put a pan on stove and heat oil. Put fishes one by one and fry. Get golden brown color and put out in a dish. 

Serve with rice.
