Winter Vegetable: Beans and Potato Curry 🍛

Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Beans with Potato Curry"*

Ingredients:

Beans
Potato
Onion
Green chili
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Garlic paste
Oil
Salt

Process:

This Bean is a winter vegetable. Fresh and full of vitamin. Easy and quick to cook. At first what we have to do is wash vegetables and cut into pieces. Put a pan on the stove. Add oil and heat up. Put garlic paste. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add onions and green chili. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili too. With the little amount of water fry spices well. When oil will come up add vegetables. Mix with spices. Cover and cook. Check vegetables get tendered or not. After cooking garnish with coriander leafs. 

Serve with rice or bread.
