Shrimp Avocado BOWL with Carrot Zucchini Puffer recipe

( EN / DE ) I love bowls in all different ways. Basically, bowls are "just regular food" but served all things together in one small (or big) bowl.
Here is my recipe for shrimp avocado bowl with carrot zucchini puffer:

Ingredients Carrot Zucchini Puffer:
1 zucchini
4-5 carrots
2 eggs
5 TS oatmeal
parsley, salt, pepper
good frying oil for frying

Peel and finely grate the zucchini and carrots, wash and chop the parsley.
First whisk the egg well, then add the oat flakes, zucchini, carrots, parsley. Add salt and pepper.

When everything is mixed up very well, put this mixture in portions with a spoon into a pan of hot fat and slowly fry from both sides.

This takes some time, but believe me, it is worth it ;-) Put the finished puffer on a paper towel in the oven to stay warm at 50 degrees, while you prepare the rest.

Ingredients shrimp avacodo
Shrimp
1 avacodo
1/2 lemon
garlic (if you like)
salt, pepper
coconut oil for frying

Peel avocado, remove pit and cut into small cubes, peel a clove of garlic and also cut into pieces.

Heat about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in the pan, then fry the garlic and shrimp nicely first. Turn the shrimp several times.

Meanwhile, you can already prepare the salad. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo in the heat of the cooking battle. Just wash a green or mixed salad, however you like it, and season with salt and vinegar.
I give no oil to the salad mixture, because in this case I added some olive oil  later on top of the finished bowl.

Ad the end, add the avocado to fry with the shrimps for a short time. Mix with the shrimp, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

After everything is ready, just arrange: Put the prepared salad in a pretty bowl, shrimp-avocado mixture on top and a little olive oil over it, if you like. Maybe it is enough oil from the shrimp mixture, that would be ok too.
Then garnish with the zucchini-carrot puffs. Done.

Garnelen Avocado Bowl mit Karotten Zucchini Puffer

Ich persönlich liebe Bowls in allen verschiedenen Arten. Im Prinzip sind Bowls "ganz normales Essen", das aber gemeinsam in einer kleinen (oder großen) Schüssel angerichtet wird.
Hier ist mein super leckeres Rezept für Garnelen-Avocado Bowl mit Karotten-Zucchini Puffer:

Zutaten Karotten Zucchini Puffer:
1 Zucchini
4-5 Karotten
2 Eier
5 TL Haferflocken
Petersilie, Salz, Pfeffer
gute Bratöl zum Braten

Die Zucchini und Karotten schälen und in feine Stücke reiben, die Petersilie waschen und klein schneiden. Zuerst das Ei gut verquirreln, dann Haferflocken, Zucchini, Karotten, Petersilie dazumischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Diese Mischung nun portionsweise mit einem Löffel in eine Pfanne heißes Fett und langsam von beiden Seiten anbraten. Das erfordert etwas Zeit und Geduld, aber es ist es wert ;-) Die fertigen Puffer auf ein Küchenpapier in den Backofen legen um bei 50 Grad warm zu bleiben, während ihr den Rest vorbereitet.

Zutaten Garnelen-Avacodo
Garnelen
1 Avacodo
1/2 Zitrone
Knoblauch (wenn man mag)
Salz, Pfeffer
Kokosöl zum Braten

Avocado schälen, Kern entfernen und in kleine Würfel schneiden, eine Zehe Knoblauch schälen und ebenfalls in Stücke schneiden.
Ca. 2 EL Kokosöl in der Pfanne erhitzen, dann zuerst den Knoblauch und die Garnelen schön anbraten. Garnelen mehrmals wenden.

Währenddessen könnt ihr schon den Salat vorbereiten. Leider habe ich in der Hitze des Kochgefechtes vergessen ein Foto zu machen. Einfach einen grünen, oder gemischten Salat, wie auch immer ihr ihn mögt waschen und mit Salz und Essig würzen.
Ich gebe da vorerst kein Öl zur Salatmischung, weil ich in diesem Fall ganz am Schluss Olivenöl über alles gebe.
Erst kurz bevor es fertig ist wird noch kurze Zeit die Avocado mitgebraten. Mit den Garnelen verrühren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und mit Zitronensaft beträufeln
Nachdem alles fertig ist, einfach nur noch anrichten: Den vorbereiteten Salat in eine hübsche Schüssel, Garnelen-Avocado Mischung darauf und je nach Belieben ein wenig Olivenöl darüber. Danach mit den Zucchini-Karotten-Puffern dekorieren. Fertig.

Für eine Vorspeise eine kleine Portion, als Hauptspeise eine große Portion.

Genau. Die letzten vier Wochen waren Stress ohne Ende. Hmm, na ja, jetzt ist Ende. Der Turkey ist im Ofen, Gemüse etc. ist vorbereitet und ich schlürfe einen trockenen Sekt während ich ein wenig auf PeakD herumlungere. Hoffentlich reichts auch bald mal wieder zum posten.
